M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, sunkan slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including following (a) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bitumnous primer @ 0.7 kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. . (b) M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( wt not less than 150 gms /sqm) laid over primed surface. (c) Finally applying applying one coat of aluminum paint including preparation of surface.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base/roof padding and leveling course etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Polished kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 with WPC jointed & pointed in CM 1:2 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions.(for Accessible roof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&l for carrying out water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and wall of WC, WHB and urinals, as mentioned below :- (a) Special tratment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness,removal rubbish outside MD land (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or eqvt) (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or eqvt. Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely. (f) In the remaining area, in dry state condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150 mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K" or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 mm to waterproof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely. (g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B-0 mxed with integral WPC(liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall incl flll up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Unit rate quantitiy deems to be included for all above specified activities under this BOQ item. However the net area to be measured for payment is only sunken portion at Bath/WC/Kitchen and no any vertical surface to be measured separately.

M&L for Joint free Non-skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully deffective and unserviceable XLPE UG Cable of any size and description from the floor, wall and roof , and disconnected all the connection from Lt Panel boards/DBs and relaying the same serviceable cable on surface drawn through PVC pipe of 50mm dia as directed by the Engr-In-Charge and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of 50mm dia PVC pipe shall be paid separately in respective item of Schedule.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old existing Ceiling fans of any type and size from the site and deposite to store before desmantling of roof and point wiring carefully and including Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including M & L painting of ceiling fan complete in situ with synthetc enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc , spray paint of approved make and connect with provision of three core cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan and provision of hook/hole fast and adequate size of down rod to take the load of fan if required.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with PVC insulated FRLSH grade cable LT 1100 Volts grade, 2 x 6 Sqmm with one continuous earth wire of 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded with stranded copper conductor drawn through concealed conduit, including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm in any type of wall, roof, etc, with all connected fittings and make good to match with the existing surfaces after completion alongwith one continuous earthwire and connected to the common earth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) 2 runs of 6 Sqmm and One run of 6 Sqmm earth wire and including 25mm PVC pipe, elbow, bends etc will be measured as One Running Meter (ii) Cutting in chases and pointing in brick wall/Stone Wall will be done by contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Making good of distrubed surfaces matching with existing finishes will be done by contractor without any extra cost

S&F search light Auto Revolving with Xenon Lamp 2000W,AC 220V, 50 Hz, outdoor type,waterproof level IP54, Cool white in colour, autonomous running around 110 DHS suitable for large performance,including all connected accessories and fixing arrengements reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod , 12 mm dia, 300 mm long. Fixing on roof with 25 mm light grade GI pipe 1.2 mtr long mounted on suitable size PCC block and down conductor aluminium earth strip of 25 x 3.15 mm size , drilled and fixed on pipe with suitable size epoxy based insulator including necessary fixing arrangement GI nuts, bolts, washers, MS clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe & PCC block shall be measured & paid seperately .

S&F aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed on insulated epoxy insulator & fixing screws, nut bolts etc for roof and down conductor upto test point terminal block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphous bronze size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal screws. Fixed on insuated epoxy Insulator & fixing with screws ,nuts ,boltsetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC Block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Size of block 10x0.3x0.3x0.3)

S&F GI Pipe medium grade 40mm bore ISI marked with all necessary fittings for fixing of air termination at 1.2 m height at roof & earth strip protection etc laid on wall, floor and treanches or where is reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and disconnecting of existing earthing GI strip any size and shape from the wall /roof /floor and Air Terminations from Delhi block bldg and Refixed the same Air termination and earthing Strip retreved from the site properly duly provided new insulated epoxy insulator & fixing screws, nut bolts etc for roof and down conductor upto test point terminal block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rusted and detrioted earthing strip may please be removed and New earthing strip shall be provided. The cost of New Earthing strip and PCC Block Masonry shall be paid in relevent items of schedule.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level), connected to galvnised steel earthing strip of size 32x 6mm dia, by means of bolts, nuts & checknuts and washers etc; GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of G.I earth strip, both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I, other end connected to electrical main switch board (inside the bldg)/transformer/LT kiosk/HT lightening arrestors etc. including GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate , including PCC 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with G.I 20 mm dia light grade pipe and M.S funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / strata & testing on completion including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing lead wire upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
