Note : The rate includes the cost of cement 10 mm thick cement plaster.

Dismantling stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparing of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing the surfce thoroughly , filling the cracks, craves with crack-filling-compound (Make : DR FIXIT CRACK SHRINK FREE or Equivalent ) applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Old surface shall be cleaned with bleaching powder as specified and as per manufacturers instructions , all cracks shall be filled with white cement and sand mortar (1:3) by making V- grooves . (b) Acrylic painting shall be done with rollers.(c)Funges formation be cleaned throughly with wire brush or by any means.
