Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150 mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials beyond initial lead by mechanical transport to the near by Local Municipal Authority approved dumping pits/ dumping area outside colony including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. The disposal shall be as per latest guidelines of Construction & Demolition waste management plan as approved by Local Municipal Authority. Royalty for transportation, disposal of Rock, spreading etc. including obtaining permission from statutory authority, if any shall be borne by the contractor. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS:4926 (Latest revision) in lieu of site batch mix RCC items, supplied by approved RMC manufacturers including transportation, pumping etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Note:- The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities for sub structure.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work including single / multiple staging at all floors, level & locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements and including rails, bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment). Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters asrequired at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position at all floors, locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.)
For Below Plinth Level (In Sub Structure) Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D / Fe-550 D, manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW, JSPL and RINL only.
Brick masonry work using well burnt bricks from approved lot of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS:1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 3.5 N/mm2, in cement mortar using ready mix mortar (1.4), to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.
In sub structure (foundation, plinth, cable pits, trenches, steps)
Providing and laying rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips of approved quality, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Quoted rates shall include the cost of filling materials of smaller stone chips and murrum/ stone dust etc.
230 mm consolidated thickness
Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved waterproofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of (grade 80/100) / (VG-10) at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying patented box type cement based water proofing treatment from outside, by approved water proofing agency for basement, raft, vertical walls, lift well, trenches and other under ground structures during construction etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per the following.
Providing waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base / floor consisting of i) 1st layer shahabad stone (rough stone slab) of approx. size 600x600x20 mm thick of approved quality over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) using Ready mix mortar mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) using Ready mix mortar mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing shahabad stone of approx size 600x600x20 mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conformingto IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with waterproofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) using Reday mix mortar, 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels, locations including scaffolding and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, erecting, fixing, in position, striking / removing and cleaning Shuttering & centering, for formwork using ply board to obtain form finished concrete surfaces of F3 finish to ceilings at all floors, heights, levels & locations including single / multiple staging at all floors and locations for all geometrical shapes in plane, curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails,bracings, brackets, cutting hole for pipes etc. providing and applying approved form oil to all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete and skirting / removal of the same including finishing by filling form-tie-holes, removal of fins, ridges and irregularities by including all materials labour etc complete as per specifications, drawings and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PART I-E : MASONRY WORK Notes: 1) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks / AAC block from the Engineer-In-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. 2) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ pipe sleeves/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 3) One masonry wall thickness shall be considered as 230 mm and half brick wall as 115mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in cement mortar 1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. 4) The rate shall include cost of making brick / AAC block masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement (AAC) blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm / 300 mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge. (The RCC band shall have 2 nos. of 8 mm dia reinforcement and concrete of minimum grade M-20 or (1:1.5:3). ( AAC blocks shall be conforming to IS:2185, Part-3, having Grade-I with block of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum). (The payment of reinforcement shall be made seperately under relevant item). The concrete & shuttering for band will not be measured seperately for payment.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete hardonite flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including finished smooth to the required line, level & slope, laying in alternate bays and including providing & fixing aluminium dividing strip of size 25X3 mm thickness (for making bays of approx maximum size 2 Sqm area) and including cleaning the surface, curing, ramming, consolidation, pigment etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing Cement plaster 20 mm thick in skirting with using Cement mortar (1.4), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, correct to line, level and plumb including rounding of junctions with flooring etc complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing & fixing in flooring chequered precast cement concrete tiles of specified size & thickness of approved make, shade, colour, pattern, design including providing & laying 20 mm thick bedding cement mortar of 1:4 using ready mix mortar (as specified) and including all wastage, labour, material, finishing, curing, maintaiong line, level etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position single/double leaves folding type galvanised pressed steel box type 2 hrs fire rated door shutter with pressed steel door frame of profile 145x60mm with 1.6mm thick GI sheet & fill the frame with CC 1:2:4 for electrical/ telephone shaft / panel room etc. at all floor and location of sizes as mentioned below consisting of 40x40x4mm GI heavy duty square pipes for shutter frame with two middle stiffeners, welded with 16 gauze GI sheets, both side of square pipes, sheet and square pipes shall be galvanising coating (Class -VIII of zinc coating), 120 gm/sqm as per IS:2629 latest, M.S. sheet manufactured by M/s Sail / Lloyds / Jindal fixing the frame to floor/ceiling, vertical members fixed to wall with threaded sleeves of standard quality at 600mm centre to centre including providing 16 Gauge G.I sheet, 80mm wide to vertical stiffner at centre to the full height for each shutter bent to proper shape and providing 18G. G.I sheet louvers at top and bottom with G.I wire mesh (as per drawing) including providing necessary locking arrangement, 150 mm long MS handles, 250 mm long MS aldrops,4 nos. detachable type premium hinges for each shutter (with removable type pin pivots), 300mm long MS tower bolts including cost of all materials, labour, drilling cutting, fabricating, welding, fixing fasteners, bolts, nuts, washers etc. including wastages, chasing the brick/ RCC surfaces if required and making good the same to match with surrounding finishing, grouting the fasteners sleeves/hold fast in CC 1:2:4 to fix the frame over brick wall or suitable anchor fastner in case of concrete surfaces etc. and painting all the exposed surfaces of frame and shutter with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved yellow zinc chromate primer overa coat of "etch" primer for all surfaces all as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Steel door with frame of size as per drawing, with single/ two equal leaves shutters with or without louvers including providing necessary fire rated door test certificates, Form-A etc. as per MCGM/Statutory Authorities & providing fire resistant certification (Manufacturing & Installation) as required by local Fire Statutory authority. Notes : a) Manufacturer shall submit 6 copies of shop drawing showing the dimension details of fabrication etc. for the approval of Engineer in charge. b) All the shutters and door frame should be detachable from the assembly whenever required and the entire door unit will be flush with the finished wall. c) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all necessary fittings and fixtures as shown in drawings as per manufacturer's requirement. d) The door frame (pressed steel door frame) shall be paid under relevant item e) Quoted rate shall be applicable for all type of shutter including addition / alteration, if any f) The cost towards cutting/ chasing brick/concrete surfaces etc. and making good the same while fixing shall be included in quoted rate.
Providing and fixing in position, Gear Type operated by mechnically winding handle, Steel Rolling Shutters of approved make, made from M.S.laths 18 G, 3" (75 mm) size interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially desogned pipes shaft with brackets as per IS standards including all necessary fixtures and fittings, top hood (0.90 mm thick), brackets, guide channels, side guides, ceiling strips, inside & outside locking arrangement and painting with a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved make and shade synthetic enamel paint, fixing in position in masonry/concrete with necessary coach screws, nuts, bolts etc. making good the masonry/concrete complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The measurement for Rolling shutters will be as per structural openings. Hood etc will not be measured separately.)
Supplying and fixing in position at all floors, levels & locations, aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium Door / windows sliding / top hung/fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved eqivalent sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications, with all approved shade & colour anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary matching anodised screws, grouting the gap with thermocole & polysulphide sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing,which will be paid separately. (Note:- Sliding window sections for both track & Shutters shall be of JINDAL DELUXE DOMAL SERIES or similar equaivalent approved make. ) Please refer Additional Notes.

PART I-H : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT Notes:- i) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. ii) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab iii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per relevant section of Conditions and Clauses of Contract for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for (5/10) years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/defects. iv) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying integral cement based waterproofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS:2645, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item (i) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. (ii) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) using Ready mix mortar admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) using Ready mix mortar (as specified) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (iii) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. (iv) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) using Ready mix mortar (as specified) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface (to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment / with trowel with neat cement slurry and marking pattern of 300X300 mm square 3 mm deep) (v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the inside surface of water tank by giving injections to concrete bottom slab and walls with cement and approved water proofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey combs etc in concrete as per 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the department using cement based waterproofing treatment of 50 mm and 25 mm thick for the floor and walls respectively, of the overhead water tank on terrace, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, finishing smooth, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note:- The measurement for payment shall be actual area covered by treatment.).

PART I-I : PLASTERING WORK a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams.

Providing and fixing HDPE sheet flashing fabricated by welding HDPE flexible sheet with 160 mm dia HDPE pipe about 400mm long for PVC rain water pipes, fixing the same on RCC/cement concrete surface using approved synthetic glue, covering the HDPE sheet wateright with cement mortar 1:2 mixed with water proofing compound and forming the proper shape and grade and finishing with inlet mouth of rain water pipe, cutting RCC slab or wall if required, including the cost of bitumen, cement mortar etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Submain Wiring : Supply, installation testing & commissioning of 1100 V FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded aluminium conductor wires of the following sizes with necessary leads at both sides in 25mm/ 32mm/40mm dia PVC(HMS) or MS conduit concealed in wall/beam/ slab/column or on surface of wall/beam/slab/ column on 5 mm thick G.I spacer and 20 SWG GI saddle, MS pull out boxes , junction boxes of suitable sizes as per site requirement, from MDB to individual DB including connection with copper lugs etc as per specifications and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Connections shall be done with crimped type tinned copper lugs. 2. All embeded conduit junction boxes/pull boxes shall be covered by 18 SWG thick M S sheet covers painted white projecting atleast 5 mm around finished opening fixed to box with CSK machine screws.

Section -IV : MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING SYSTEM :
Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C. NOTE: 1) Measurement of resistance of earthing grid must be carried out as per instructions of EIC.
Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling 150 mm dia, 3m deep bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as permanufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Exothermic welding of joints between earth electrode & GI / tinned Cu strip and between GI / tinned Cu strips, used for interconnection of earth electrodes. 3) Each earth electrode shall be provided with poly plastic inspection chamber with cover as per OEM standard.
Supply & installation of 50 x 6mm & 150 mm long heavily hot dipped GI equipotential bar inside existing concrete chamber (600 x 600 x 600 mm) as per instructions of EIC. (For housing equipment Earthing Equipotential bar and LPS bar) Note: 1) The date of testing and earth resistance value shall be written on the cover with black base with yellow paint. 2) The concrete chamber shall be measured under relevant items of RCC work of civil section & MS hinged cover under MS fabrications item of relevant section
G.I / tinned Cu earth wire/earth strip fixed on wall/side of trench/slab /column /beam/ shaft connection to panel/DBs/SFU's etc. with 5mm thick G.I. Spacers & 2mm thick G.I. Lightning Protection System :
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of test link box consisting of 37 X 6 mm, heavily hot dipped GI test link, 25 X 8mm GI nut bolts & washers, suitable enclosure made of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheet with GI fixing screws/anchor fasteners etc., complete all as per STD drawing CSG/EM/STD -26 , specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6 mm heavily hot dipped GI earth strip for roofs and down conductors fixed on roof/wall/slab/ column with 5mm.thick GI spacers fixed with no. 10 GI wood screws & 2 mm thick GI saddles with GI machine screws, interconnection of earth strip with welded joints and GI nut bolts & washer painting with two coats of metallic paint, etc. instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

SECTION -VI: LED Luminaire ,Ceiling fan, Exhaust fans etc
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc., suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Notes: 1) Sample luminaire/fittings shall be got approved from Dept with complete technical data. 2) All luminairess shall be with drivers. 3) Cost of mounting accessories shall be included in luminaires cost. 4) The lumen output indicated is minimum system output of luminaire. 5) No negative tolerance is allowed on minimum system performance parameters indicated in the SOQ and specifications. 6) The CCT of the luminaire shall be decided at time of work execution.

Scope also includes internal wiring with 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor PVC wires from nearest existing terminal box to fixture in the PVC rigid/ flexible pipe & earthing .
Emergency Luminaire : LED egress surface/recess, maintained type luminaire (double side viewing) in corridor near staircase with 1 hour backup similar to PEL LED E/M of M/s Prolite with all required hardware, egress symbols etc as per instructions of EIC.
Exhaust fans: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 380mm dia size of exhaust/supply fans , single phase complete with blades, motor, scope includes supply of 3C copper 2.5 sq.mm. flexible chord of suitable length upto Ceiling rose near exhaust fan, aluminium louvers shutters, rag bolt/Anchor fasterner suitable MS angle iron frame made of 45 x 45 x 5 mm , 4 corners covered with 2 mm thick MS sheet to form suitable circular opening with necessary fixing arrangement, angled cowl with wire mesh as per specification, drawing as directed by E.I.C.

Electro Magnetic lock access control-Terrace door in New creche building SITC of access control with Electro Magnetic (EM) lock on single leaf terrace door and shall be intergated with Fire alarm sysem complete as per instruction of EIC. Note: The terrace door shall be fitted with magnetic lock along with following items to achieve automatic operation of door a) The necessary power supply for EM lock including the junction box shall be included in scope of item. b) It shall have fail safe mechanism- the door shall be able to unlocked whenever power supply is cut-off c) Push release button for manual override/access control door, shall be installed inside small GI enclosure with viewing glass window and locking arrangemenet mounted on wall at 1mtr height- 2 sets shall be included in item d) The LED indication for lock/ unlock position on EMI shall present d) A controller or relays etc which shall be compatable & can synchronise with exisiting fire alarm panel such that door shall unlocked if fire alarm system is triggered, any necessary controllers or relay modules etc. including complete wiring required to achieve this function shall be included in item e)It shall be suitable to install on existing single leaf 2 hour fire retardand door

Supply & installation of 250 mm dia heavy duty RCC Hume pipe of class 'NP3' to be laid in ground/from concrete cable trench to ground, for passing of cables with necessary joints, concrete supports. Scope includes escavation below ground level in all types of soil/concrete road cutting/foot path cutting, nallah cutting /any RCC wall/floor cutting including back filling, dewatering, consolidation, reinstatement of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and original,disposal making good to the original finish etc. spare space of hume pipes after cable laying and spares hume pipes shall be sealed properly with fireproof materials.
Supply & laying of 50/42 mm OD/ID self lubricated HDPE pipes in ground at depth of 600 mm including excavation, cutting of existing footpath,road etc, sand bedding,laying of warning tape on top,temporary reinstatement.back filling ,dewatering if necessary consolidation,disposal of excess earth with in the radius of 500 m etc. or fixed on wall/column/slab with 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/ grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles all as per the attached work specification and instructions of EIC.
