Supply Installation, testing and commissioning of oxygen Back Pressure Compensated flow meter with control range of 0 - 15 lpm (calibration with +/- 10%) with 250 ml humidifier bottle (minimum) made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 121 degree centigrade temperature. The flow meter shall be strict precision, durability standard and body shall be made of brass chrome plated materials. The flow tube and shroud components shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. Flow tube shall have large and expanded 0 - 5lpm range for improved readability at low flows with inlet filter of stainless steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign particles. Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of Copper Piping 12 mm outer dia and 0.7 mm thick with complete fittings/ fixtures as per technical specification and BS: 13348 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mehta Tubes/Mandev Tubes or its equvialent make as approved by Accepting Officer.

All as per items No 4 above but 15 mm outer dia and 0.9mm thick.

All as per items No 4 above but 22 mm outer dia and 0.9 mm thickness.

All as per items No 4 above but 54 mm outer dia and 1.20 mm thickness. Note: Ser No 4 to 7:- Rate deemed to be included for all types of fittings, supports and clamps required for hanging or fixing of copper pipeline, cutting of existing pipe line and inserting of new pipe line by welding work or brazing work and all other work reqd for proper functioning of medical gas system. No extra payment shall be made for any work with respect to this work.

Supply and fittings of Area Alarm System Microprocessor based Audio Visual type Alarm for two Gas complete all as specified and directed. Make: Arosons/ Aktiv technologies or its equvialent make as approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of Ward suction unit or ward vacuum Unit with above 600 ml suction collection jar - 1 Nos as per specifications mentioned below:- (a) The vacuum regulator should have a vacuum gauge with ananlog display. The scale should be in mbar or mmhg as required by the end user. (b) 1 Nos of Suction Regulator and 1 Nos of 600ml polysulfone / polycarbonate collection jar (c) Suction regulator should be supplied with a safety jar, including and antibacterial filter and an anti-overflow safety device and should have wide membrane continuous suction controller. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of medical gas hose assemblies as per standard high pressure hose antistatic duly colour coded, Nitrous Oxide compressed air and vacuum as per technical specification/antistatic and colour coded rubber tube - white for oxygen, blue for nitrous oxide, black for compressed air and yellow for vacuum and low pressure tubes for vacuum application. Make: Ramson / S Kumar/ HMP / Oxicareengineers / Global medlife solution/ Lifeline Medison.

Supply and fittings of Probe for Oxygen Outlet compatible to Ventilator Hose complete with jar of 600 ml Capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make; Ramson/S.Kumar or its equvialent make as approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply and fittings of Isolation Ball Valves with Brass Adopter 12 MM outer dia complete all as specified and directed Make: RN Valves/ Legris or its equvialent make as approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply and fittings of Isolation Ball Valves with Brass Adopter 15 MM outer dia complete all as specified and directed. Make: RN Valves/ Legris or its equvialent make as approved by Accepting Officer.
