RE-LOCATION OF SOLAR PLANT FROM BLDG NO P-88 TO BLDG NO 87 AT SUBROTO PARK

M&L for dismantling the existing Solar Plant installed at Bldg No P-88 with due care without damaging the its panels /euipments etc, removing of framed structures, cabling etc.shifting the same to bldg No 87 and installation complete including string formation, installation of AJB with proper string termination and all other equipments with necessary DC and AC connections, testing and comissioning of the complete system with integration to existing system installed at various locations of Subroto Park. The details are as under : - (a) Solar Panels-146 Nos with array junction box, AC/DC cabling etc. (b) Inverter 50 KW string inverter including DC and AC isolation (c) Water Tanks 100 lts capacity. (d) Control Panels. (e) Transmission system and WMS System (f) Reinstallation /augmentation of earthing system and lighting arrestor including required earthing as per recommendations. (g) MC4 connectors, lugs, glands etc as per requirement at site. (h) Note - (i) The rates for transportation of entire system to new locations are deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) Re-installation shall be include provision of PCC foundation 1:2:4 for module mounting structure including excavation, shuttering curing foundation, mounting structures, nuts & boltswith grouting.and complete re-establishment of electrical connections. (iii) Testing and commissioning synchronization, performance validationof the solar plant after installation shall be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) DC Solar cable min 4 sqmm UV resistant as per requirement. (v) Communication cable (RS485) as per requirement (vi) GI cable tray and conduits with necessary support. (vii) The bidder shall ensure that the relocated system maintains the existing electrical configuration including string sizing, inverter loading, protection scheme and communication system (Modbus/RS485) as per existing design (viii) The bidder to provide the complete drawing of layout of system as per available space on Bldg No 87 for approval of Accepting officer (ix) Any other item required for sucessful completion and proper performance of system deemed to be included in the rated quoted for the above.

Supply, fabrication and installation of galvanised (Min 80 Microns) iron frame structure as per recommended size of material and installation of HDGI modules mounting structure complete as per approve drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strips armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 50 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed with necessary cable glands at end, aluminium lugs for connecter complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, laying of cable etc not getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance upto 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type - 1, Flat, size 250mm X 150mm X 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with " LV ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Sand cushioning of cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 80 mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing in rocky area by using Burnished metal copper earthing electrode 50mm dia 3 Mtr long with strip terminal 40 x 5mm, 90mm length with 2 holes of 10mm with the pipe thickness of 1.2 mm non exothermic welding, inner electrode 16mm solid rod, filled with highly conductive compound non corrosive non hydroxylation inclusive of 2 bag of Chemical earthing electrode 50 Kgs, 25 Kg bag each with the chemical composition Carbon as graphite 80%, AI203 18-32%, FE 203 4-11%, CALCIUM, CARBON, COPPER 10 TO 15 %, Moisture content 1.06%, chloride 300 ppm, cadmium not detected, antimony 100pm to ensure resistance value less than 5 ohm all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted for above includes all necessary materials, T&P for excavation etc for achieving the desire result of less than 5 ohm. (ii) Earth pit chamber, cover and marking also included in the unit quoted rate of item.
