Schedule 'A' Part-I

(a) PEB HANGAR : Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings, and Constn of Hangar bldg of PEB Structure of size 45mx45mx8m Door height & Ridge height 11.83m including RCC foundation (using RMC), anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves-gutters and down take pipes, cable ducts, bird proofing of Aluminium alloy wire cloth net fixed with aluminium snap grid framework, etc., with electrically operated sliding doors (on front side of Hangar) with steel frame, etc., profiled sheeting manufactured out of 0.6 mm TCT (AZ-200 GSM Aluminium - Zinc alloy metallic coating, colour coated and yield strength of 550 MPa with exterior coat of SDP( Super Durable Polyster) paint system, 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer in wall cladding and roofing (maximum of 15% roof/ wall sheeting with semi-transparent triple layer Polycarbonate sheets of thickness 6mm) complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note : (i) The rate is excluding Flooring as per schedule 'A' part-III and epoxy flooring for entire hangar flooring area complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. (ii) GE to ensure construction of hangar at elevation not exceeding 11.83m at a distance of 185m from the centre line of Runway.

(i)Drive bottom wheel with 3 phase geared motor, manual De-clutching and mounting plate-02 Nos. (ii) Non drive bottom wheel-14 Nos. (iii) Top telescopic assembly- 16 nos. (iv) Electric control panel with emergency stop key, LED push button station with the function of (forward-reverse-stop)- 02 Nos. (v) M 30 x 15 mm proximiti sensor with bracket- 08 set (vi) Hooter cum flasher- 02 Nos (vii) Cable tray or rope (for two geared motor)- As required. (viii) Flexible cable (for two geared motor)- As required. (ix) Conduit pipes for cabeling and cable carrier (for two geared motor)- As required. (x) Hardware(nuts, bolts, etc)- As required. (xi) The design has to be done by standard software of latest version. The rate shall be deemed to include the cost of vetting of design of all structures (PEB hangar, RCC foundation as recommended, Structural design of Annexes) by IITs/IISc Bangalore. The design (showing full design calculations and details of complete STAAD soft and hard files in both format) and drawings duly vetted by IITs/IISc Bangalore shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule communicated by the GE and as specified.

(xii) The RCC structure should be design as per IS-456 (2000) and IS-1893 (2016). Ductile detailing shall comply with provns as per IS-13920 and all relevant provn of seismic Zone-V area (xiii) Certificate from the vetting agency that the design is meeting all relevant codal requirments and design of building is structurally sound shall be furnished. (xiv) All drawing for structural drawing, PEB structure incl the details of expansion joint, if any, details of structural members, junction, structural plans, sections required for execution of works etc shall be furnished in original tracing along with soft copy in CD and 5 Sets of Hard copy. (xv) Details of quantities of following items shall be furnished :- (i) Steel - Section wise (ii) RCC - (Grade and location wise) (xvi) Surface and sub-surface drainage to be provided for Hangar floor to ensure the highest level of water tabel remains at least one meter below the bottom of subgrade in consultation by and duly vetted by IITs/IISc Bangalore etc as approved under MES policies and regulations. Section 309 MORTH specification 2013. (xvii) Necessary excavation for the foundation.

(b) Constn of Admin/Annexe/Tech Bldg with RCC Roof : Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailing and supply of detailed Architectural and Structural drawings, including constn in Pt structure in T/S with RCC framed structure using M30 grade design mix concrete incl ATT, seismic provn, AAC block masonary, Aluminium door & windows, etc., as per Drg and complete all as specified and directed (ii) Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailing and supply of detailed Architectural and Structural drawings, including Construction of Reinforcement cement concrete of grade M-30 design mix water tank of 25000 ltrs capacity with partition wall for fire fighting and domestic purpose on annexe. The capacity of tank will be divided in two parts one of 20,000 ltrs for fire fighting and 5,000 ltrs for domestic purpose. There will be provn of over flow filling of domestic portion to keep fire fighting part always full of water. Total height should be within permissible limit of height of building. as per Drg and complete all as specified and directed The rate includes the provisions of the following :- (i) Necessary foundation for the PEB structure and Annexes shall be followed as per Sch 'A' notes. (ii) Necessary excavtion for the foundation. (iii) All types of joinery, building hardware and other items which are essential and required to complete the building in all respect as specified. (iv) Fabric polyster vertical blinds with slat width 25mm and slat thickness 0.5mm (7 x 2x 2.4x1.2) complete all as specified and directed. (v) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and construction of Watch Tower with permanent specification complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and construction of Sentry Post/Box with permanent specification complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and construction of Storage Accomodation bldg as pt structure with RCC framed structure using M30 grade design mix concrete incl ATT, seismic provn, AAC block masonary, aluminium windows, kota stone flooring, etc., all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and Constn of Panel Room, Pump House and Duty Roomm with Toilet bldg as pt structure with RCC framed structure using M30 grade design mix concrete incl ATT, seismic provn, AAC block masonary, aluminium windows, kota stone flooring, etc., all as specified. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and Constn of UG Sump of 150000 Ltrs capacity all as per drawings specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and Constn of DG shed of size 6m x 4m x 5m all as per drawings specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Source of coarse aggregate and River sand from Main Land (India).

Material & Labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper pipe electrode earthing maintenance free earthing based on 3 mtr long copper pipe 18mm dia (ID) with wall thickness of 2mm, copper strip in pipe and filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode duly fixed with connector at top connection of copper strip 25 x 3mm riveted/ nut bolt after 12mm boring and further earth continuity conductor made of copper strip 25 x 3 mm upto 7.5m., 60 Kg BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe electrode, including providing FRP pit cover of size 250mm x 250mm x 250mm complete as per manufacturer specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
