Excavation in foundation & trenches etc. in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited ayer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge

Laying jointing and testing of GMS pipe conforming to IS 1239-1991 (part-l) of various thickness as mentioned and grade designation with bevelled edge and capable of withstanding required testing pressure in random length of 5.5-65 meters i/c testing and commissioning and cost of jointing with buttwelding as per revant BIS specification ( leak proof) including cost of bends tail pieces, tees reducers increasers etc. as per site requirement and as per directio of the Engineer-in-charge, earth work in trencher to be measured and paid for separately i/c all leads lifts and carriage of materials at site.

GI (Heavy Class) 50 mm Wall Thickness 4.50mm

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6(1 cement: approved sand: approved graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Column ,Piller and struts (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string cources and the like within all leads and lifts

Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
