Demolition of cement concrete in floors/roof surfaces including removal of old tar felt, plastering, concrete mugs, tiles etc up to the original RCC roof level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinfored with polyster non wooven fabric ( wt not less than 160gm/sqm ) laid over primed surfaces including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm by by forced all as specified and directed. Four course roof treatment consist of as under:- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr/ Sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/[email protected]/sqm (iv) Applying two coat aluminium paint @100ml/Sqm

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in roof as leveling course, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Screed bed in CM 1:3, 10mm thick including mixing with WPC @ 3% of cement weight on fair faces of concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F PVC SWR pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall 110 mm dia for rain water pipe with steel ring joint ties fixed at required length complete including taking down old pipe of any type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new plasterd surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces..

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing and providing new outlet connectionn of required size complete for capacity exc 250 but n.exc 500 ltrs all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks 1000 ltr capacity of any type including disconnecting from pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The water tank will be sold to contractor under Sch of credit.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including connectng to pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F brass ball valves, 20mm dia bore, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Self driven stainless steel screws with washer of size not less than 25 mm long ad 4.0 mm dia screwed on curved surface roofing sheet of any type including taking down old screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 33 to 35: a) The work shall be carried out in workshop building (curve roof / Flat roof) at 15 meter from ground level. b) The rate quoted shall included necessary ladder, safety equipments / accessories required for the work.

Supply and pour silicon sealent (20-25ml per screw) on the screws of roof sheet of any type by means of injecting pressure gun to arrest leaking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: M/s Dr. Fixit / M/s Fosroc Chemical / M/s Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M/s STP Limited.

Supply and pour hot bitumen on the screws of roof sheet of any type to arrest leaking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
