IP 66 Pole Mounted street lighting Junction Box 160x240x120 mm made of Polycarbonate, supplied with 1 No. 6A 10KA SP MCB, 1 No. 63A 4P FR Polyamide color coded RYBN Terminals Block, 1 No. each of Earth & Neutral Terminal mounted on 35mm DIN channel and fitted inside Enclosure alongwith Pole Mounting bracket, pole clamp & hardware made of Stainless Steel 304. The Junction Box enclosure Cover should have inbuilt 2 nos Polycarbonate Hinges with SS 304 Hinge pin, for Cover not to detach from Base on opening and should be properly tightened to base with Polycarbonate screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber. The Polycarbonate enclosure should have properties Flame Retardant UL94V0, UV, Glow Wire test 960 Deg C, Impact IK08, Halogen free & RoHS compliant, Glow Wire Test for 960⁰ C. One integrated solar street light of less than 18W with 3000 lumen and system lumen efficiency of more than 170 lumen per watt. The luminaire shall use highly efficient microcontroller based integrated MPPT charge controller, both charger and driver to be on same board with more than 90% efficiency of both charger and driver. High grade aluminium die-cast housing to ensure good heat dissipation. The luminaire shall have flexi mount of 0 to 15 degree to adapt to certain geography diversity. The luminaire shall be with smart self-diagnosis feature with LED indicators alongwith battery charging and deep discharging out off indications. Notes:- (a) The contractor shall submit to Engr-in-Charge LM-80 and LM-79 report including BIS certification. (b) The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 5 years. (c) The contractor shall also submit test report from the manufacture to comply with all requirements and specifications given in the contract. (d) The contractor shall also submit safety and performance standard compliance of IEC 60598-2-3 for road and street lights, IEC 62109-1 for power converters used in Solar Panel, EN 50530 for MPPT performance evaluation, IEC 61607 for EMC immunity, CISPR 15 for Radio disturbance characteristics, IEC 62133, IEC 61960 and UL 1642 for safety of lithium Ferro Phosphate battery and IEC 61730-1, 2 & IEC 61215 for safety of solar panel module. (e) The rates quoted deemed to be included 6 mtr long MS/ GI pipe of 50mm dia medium grade including necessary excavation, PCC foundation, coping, base plate and bend to shape and size suitable for fixing of above fitting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing, overhauling, Servicing & testing of RMUs, 11 KV, 20 KA, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply system, outdoor type for trouble free operation, consisting of one/two incomming and one/two outgoing with SF6 gas filled VCB/ LBS/Fuse units, metal clad totally enclosed free standing floor mounted, non draw out type including the following works complete all as specified and directed. Make of RMU : ABB (Note : The Work shall be carried out through the authorised service engineers of the OEM only) (a) Servicing of Manual operated, 11kV, three position load break switch with snap-action knife blade mechanism along with associated earthing switch (ii) Servicing of true position mechanical indication of switch position ON, OFF and EARTH on the front facia of the panel for proper indication (b) (e) Checking and tightening control wiring and rectifying the defects if any.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 8-10 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation. Make : Model HTSP 3I7 of safeTrode or equivalent in OBO Betterman/ ENNOV/ERICO.

The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less then 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre in 02 canes (5 ltrs per cane) for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iii) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end ( The rate of earthing strip up to 7.5 Mtrs is included in the quoted rate).

(iv) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(v) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(vi) Testing of earth shall be carried out along with the departmental and user representative and report shall be submitted to Garrison Engineer for his entire satisfaction.

(vii) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(viii) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(ix) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(x) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

(xi) The contractor shall given a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(xii) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xiii) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintened duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(xiv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled, Floor mounted, free standing, type tested LT Feeder Pillar Panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation, to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The Enclosures made of Polycarbonate, should be weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, Fire retardant and Self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960° in accordance with 60695-2-11. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529 & IEC60439-1, should have Dielectric Properties, RoHS compliant & Halogen free. The manufacturer of boards/panel shall submit a copy of type test reports as per above-mentioned norms from UL/ERDA/CPRI/NABL labs in India. The panels should be modular and compartmentalized in construction with opaque and transparent doors, properly tightened to base with thermoplastic screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber to withstand adverse weather effects. The depth of modular enclosures should be above 200mm for air circulation & to minimize temp rise. Panel should be fitted with 01 No polycarbonate IP 65, 9W LED translucent bulk head luminaire, 6500K, PF > 0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel should be fitted outside with 01 No of 16A 3P IP 65 industrial socket and 01 No of 32A 5P IP 65 industrial socket. 3 phase and neutral 600 amps current carrying capacity copper bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shinkable sleeves with SMC/DMC insulators, complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45 cm above gorund level, including dismantling and taking out old u/s LT Panel Board and remove from site reconnecting existing LT Cables with new panel board complete all as directed :-

(d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.
