Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial Item No. 6.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 16Sqmm 2 core aluminum.

Material and Labour for Insulated stainless steel water storage tank of 1000 litres capacity double wall stainless steel water storage tank of Grade SS 304 BA/2B (vertical type) with thermal insulation confirming to Model No CYL/10100/SS-II of make Neropure or equivalent of make Nector with Lid dia 420 mm including inlet/outlet connection of suitable size of GI pipe fittings all as per manufacturers specifications including PVC float valve for 20mm bore pipe. The tank shall be fixed at the location all as per manufactures instructions with following specifications :- (i) Material description –Fire retardant, closed cell, chemically cross linked insulation material. (ii) Application –Thermal & Acoustic insulation. (iii) Area of Hot and cold water insulation. (iv) Operating temperature 40 degree C to + 115 degree C. (v) Thermal density – Less than 5% shrinkage at 90 degree C for 24 Hours. (vi) Normal density – 33 + 3 Kg/m.

Material and labour for Drilling and tapping GI/PP-R water mains (in position) the existing pipe of 50 mm for branch connections including inserting tee of size 50x50x25mm or as per availaibility with all fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, returing filling pertaining to this job deemed to be included in rate.

Supply and fix, steel water tubing of 80mm dia bore, light grade, galvanised, with all standard fittings, laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work as required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of ‘SOLAR WATER SYSTEM' (Evacuated Tube Collector) based on direct transferring of heat of capacity 1000 LPD with electrical power of backup 3.00 KW complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of electrical power backup with all necessary fitting/fixtures and insulating of hot water storage tank with glass wool with lagging shall be included in quoted rate..

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with copper plate elecrode of size 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth 20×3mm copper strip by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. Material & labour, for cutting existing road/PCC/hardstanding/pavement drain for taking out/laying of pipe exc 100mm dia, width and depth not less than 30cm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Solar Water Heater placing platform of size 3.0 x 3.0 x 1.0 mtr high above clear GL and 0.75 m depth below GL, complete of stone Masonary built in CM (1:6) random rubble well bonded, bedded and 150 mm thick foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate), plastering both internal and external surfaces up to 150mm below GL with CM 1:4,15 mm thick with water proofing compound including provision of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm grade aggregate) coping and raised pointing randon CM 1:3 brought up to course including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil , disposing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr , approved design with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring for circuits/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with two run of 6.00 Sqmm of fire resistance, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, multi-stranded, FRLS, ISI marked, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 4.00 Sqmm, FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, multi stranded, ISI marked, 1100 Volts grade as earth wire connected to earth terminal, drawn in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit/casing caping, fire resistance, ISI marked, 25mm dia including all accessories on the surface of walls/ floors and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, complete all as specified and directed . Note:-Two run of 6.00Sqmm wire and one run of 4.00Sqmm wire shall be measured as one unit of length.

Material and Labour for metal clad 3 pin socket with earth arrangement of capacity 240 Volts, metal clad socket with 63 Amp MCB for Geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Lagging to PP-R/GI pipes of dia 40/50mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 40min thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Lagging to PP-R/GI pipes of dia 20/25mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 40min thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh complete all as specified and directed.
