Improvement of road from Shidenuru Ramagondanahalli Kadaramandalagi Km 0.00 to 1.00 and Construction of CC Drain in Shidenuru Village limit of Byadgi Taluka of Haveri District

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work Earth work / Formation of Embankment 1033.00 Cum WMM/WBM 258.00 Cum PCC/RCC/CC Pavement 391.00 Cum Steel 9.83 Tonne

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. 3.2(b) satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as CC Drain/Road work of value not less than Rs 39.53 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% cost of the work)

As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments / machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt. circular No.GO-FD/AE/263/EXP12-2022/D: 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs. 3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machinery for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH Specification 1) A-Jox/CC Mixer 2) Water Tanker 3) Plate Vibrators 4) Pin Vibrators 5) Centering Materials 6) Tippers

3.3 (b)Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.23.73 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Certificate should be as per format mentioned in the GO No.FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2)Dated: 12-08-2022 attached and conditional LOC is not accepted Otherwise tender will be rejected)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. 3.2 (a) Achieved in at least two financial years an avarage financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.79.09 Lakhs (Turnover Certificate should be with UDIN Number)

The EMD of Rs.160000/shall be made through e-payment or in Two parts-Part (1) Rs. 50,000 /- by e-payment Part (2) Rs.110000/- Shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee/FDR, in the prescribed format, obtained from any Nationalized / Scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer, PWD, Division, Haveri which should be scanned & uploaded to the e Karnataka Public Procurement Portal while submitting the tender. Original Bank Guarantee /FDR of the part (2) of EMD shall be delivered to the Executive Engineer, PWD, Division, Haveri at the time of agreement.
