Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as directed. (Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left proud over the trench)

S&F PUF insulated cylndrical tank of capacity 5000 Ltr Vertical type double layer duly filled with puf insulation superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hiknged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :-(a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material.(b) Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank.(c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75mm.(d) Minimum density of PUF insulationshall be 44 kg per/cum+ 10%.

Supply and install centrifugal monoblock pump set electric driven suitable to work on AC 415 3 phase Volt 50 Hz of capacity 5 HP head not less than 35 Mtr with provision of PCC 1:3:6 as in Base as per OEM drawing and incl suitable size 3.15 mm thick sheet metal cover protection from extreme weather for pump, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge all as per site requirment all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication, Fixing & Testing of Outdoor type LT panel board factory made CPRI approved with IP 54 grade of protection and installed at a height of 1.5 feet over suitable PCC platform fabricated with suitable angle iron (50x50x6mm thick) bottom leg supports for resting independently cubical, compartmental type with double hinged front openable doors, half turn type operating knobs for incoming feeders and out going feeders made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet metal powder coated for outer sheet of panel and 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for partition and compartment doors and with suitable capacity of aluminum bus bar not less than 50Amps capacity for each phases supported by suitable insulators and covered with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves along with wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor cable for accessories including provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes and including undermentioned fixture fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in repair/replacement of Sluice Valve class PN 1.6 100mm, ISI marked with hand wheel for operation, Non- Rising SS stem, bronze body seat ring, ISI markedincluding all minor fixing arrengement complete all as directed.
