Notes:- (i) The scope of work is to be carried out from ground level to nearly upto 45 metres of height. (ii) The work is to be carried out on vertical surfaces, flat RCC roof,sloped galvalume sheet roof (slope 1:1). (iii) Quoted rates are deemed to be included for scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (iv) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work as the site include prestigeous buildings of INA. (v) Cost of all factors are deemed to be included in the rate quoted in BOQ. No extra claim will be entertained on this account.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting / galvalume sheets sheet, any gauge, thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work/aluminium work including doors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing sadarahalli stone including nut and bolts of any thickness on vertical cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description or thickness/ chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface including raking out of joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to received new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and removal rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof slab padding, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surface for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 4kg/sqm and minimum 4 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) by torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses (tubular, angle, square and rectangular etc ) including shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 for round tubes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/tile pattern steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing of screw holes in roofing sheets with PU sealent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm 605mm size, consisting of main tee of size 123.50mmx 36.50mmx1.50mm, cross tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 1.50x1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire upto 1200 mm end level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit slab/walls with and including 4mm thick non-abestos fibre cement building boards panels 600mmx600mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing polyester foil coated aluminium alloy (metal planks) for false ceiling including and necessary fittings, hanger etc as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item ser No 15 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 to 25 mm flame finished sadarahalli machine cut stone cladding laid dry fixed with stainless steel clamp and anchor fasteners Hilti make stainless steel anchor fastners one set consists stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm on vertical surface of wall and column by the following method:- a) Make suitable depression (approx. 5mm width and 25 mm depth on vertical face of stone fix the clamp). b) Make suitable drill hole to the surface of stone and wall/column to fix anchor fasteners. c) Make good the surface of drilled portion (where headless bolts are inserted) using universal surface filler (supertak or equivalent). d) Quoted rates are included for scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described. Note:- Supply only Hilti make anchor fasteners and clamps and headless bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item no 17 above but except sadarahalli stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hilti make stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm for fixing of sadarahalli stone cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing all the joints in sadarahalli stone with epoxy sealent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium composite panel 4mm thick of any colour and shade fixed with self tapping screws on aluminium frame work of any shape and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old/new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc..(fixed to wall/floor with anchor fasteners) with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similiar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan and power socket etc) complete including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, MCB/ MCCB/ MCB DB/ earth plug and socket etc and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for color code point wiring FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volt grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size, concealed / semi concealed /open suitable size in any length as per site condition modular metal flush box fitted with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for mounting switches or sockets regulators etc including FRLS 1.5 sqmm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified for the following:- Notes:- i. Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engineer in charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. ii. Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral and earth conductor. iii. The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, blue, yellow for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

(a) One light/fan controlled by one switch.

(b) 5 Amps socket point on independent board

All as per item No.33 here in above but 2.5 sqmm for 5/15 Amps socket on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ceiling rose 3 terminals/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement modular switch one way 6 Amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement modular switch one way 16 Amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement modular socket 6 Amps 2/3 pin 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement modular socket 6/16 Amps 2/3 pin 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable modular fan step regulator, 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement wall mounted 20 W LED 4ft batten with colour temp 6000K having extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose/connection terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make:- Crompton Trimline cat No : CCS-103-20-40-SL-DP-NWH or equivlent in Havells/Phillips/Wipro/Jaquar. Note:- LM79 report accredited by NABL certified lab should be submitted.

S&F in replacement recess full lit luminaire with glare free uniform illumination with longer life and less maintenance 36 W (2 ' x 2 ') in MS housing with opal diffuser with output lumen ≥ 110 lumen/watts,, Luminous efficacy ≥ 100/watt, CCT > 5500 k,CRI ≥ 80,Power factor ≥ 0. 95,THD ≤ 10 with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose/ connection terminals including aluminium frame for fitting the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make:- Crompton LCTLRNE-36-FO-CDL or equivalent in Philips/Wipro/ Havells/ Bajaj. Note:- LM79 report accredited by NABL certified lab should be submitted.

Taking down and refixing of existing ceiling fans of any sweep and make by disconnecting the electric connection, dismantling blades, down rods, etc after completion of ceiling work/whenever directed by Engr-in-Charge.
