Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder should be a registered company with minimum three (3) years existence and working in the same field.

The bidder should have supplied similar kind of goods to one or more Government owned organizations / Public Sector Undertakings or reputed companies in private hospitality sector worth of minimum Twenty Five (25) Lakh per annum in last three years (Prior experience certificate/work order/completion Certificate has to be uploaded)

Capabilities of Vendor

The Bidder should be a company incorporated in India under The Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 and subsequent amendments thereto or a Partnership Firm registered under The Indian Partnership Act 1932 or the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 or a Sole Proprietorship registered under the applicable Shops and Establishment Act.

The bidder should be a manufacturer or distributor (Authorization from Manufacturer is must if in case of distributor)

Financial Status

The bidder should have an annual turnover of minimum Rs. 25 lakhs (Twenty Five lakh rupees) during each of the past three (3) financial years. (CA certified declaration has to be attached) 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24.
