Providing and construction Solid CementConcrete Block masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 2116) using factory made, load bearing, approved quality, Grade C (4.0), as per IS: 2185 (Part 1), density of blocks not less than 1800kg/cum, minimum average compressive strength of units 4.0N/mm² at 28 days and minimum strength of individual unit is 3.2N/mm², set to level plumb including setting in position, providing scaffolding, curing, raking out joints wherever necessary etc., complete with all leads and all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge in SUPERSTRUCTURE UPTO FLOOR FIVE LEVEL. For 200mm thick walls using (400x200x200)mm size blocks {Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 2116)}

constructing solid cement concrete block masonry with available blocks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine aggregate conforming to IS 2116) using available solid cement concrete blocks , including cleaning of old mortar, sorting, stacking, setting in position, maintaining line, level and plumb, scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, all leads and lifts, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, in superstructure up to fifth floor level. For 200 mm thick walls using 400 × 150 × 200 mm size blocks.

Providing and laying cement concrete using graded hard granite stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry including formwork, compaction, finishing, plastering the concrete surface in CM 1:2 (Cement: fine aggregate as per IS: 1542) - 12mm thick, curing, etc.; IN BED BLOCKS, ANCHOR BLOCKS, WINDOW CILLS, COPING BLOCKS, etc.; up to floor five level complete all as per specifications. Mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded hard granite stone aggregate. The work includes providing throating/ drip mould wherever required as per standard engineering practice of size not be less than 40mm X 15mm. The rate is inclusive for making drip mould & no extra cost will be paid for. PCC 1:3:6 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock))

Supplying and tying GI barbed wire consisting of 2 ply line wire having nominal diameter of 2.5mm (Tolerance + OR - 0.8mm), point wire (Barbs_ of nominal diameter 2mm (Tolerance + OR - 0.8mm) with the barbs having four points, including tying in between fencing posts, stretching wires and providing diagonals, including tying to posts with GI wire of dia 1.6mm (16g) and fixing the wires to nib in the posts, etc., complete all as per drawing and specifications. NOTE: 1. The GI Barbed wire shall weigh minimum 10.8kg / 100m and maximum 12.5kg / 100m with barbs placed at 75mm c/c (tolerance ±12mm) and the barbed wire shall conform to IS: 278.2. The length of each row and each diagonal row of Barbed wire will be measured in running metre for payment. GI binding wire will not be measured for payment. Rate quoted should include cost of binding wire also).

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position steel works in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and colour/ shade, using bolts, nuts as necessary all as per drawings and specifications at all heights. Cleaning and removal of sludge from strom water drain / sewer line for a length 75 rmt of by manual means, including thorough cleaning of the internal surface of the drain, complete as derected by the EIC. The work shall comprise removal of sludge, silt, garbage, and all deposited materials from inside the drain line; cleaning of the side walls to restore the proper flow condition; lifting of sludge from the drain, stacking at a designated location, and disposal within 500 metres lead. The rate shall include all labour, tools and tackles, safety equipment, barricading, and all necessary arrangements required for safe and proper execution of the work.

Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead.

Providing and laying in position REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE using graded hard granite stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry including mechanical mixing, vibrating, compaction, finishing, curing, etc.; complete all as per specifications but excluding the cost of form works and steel reinforcement. (Rate to include labour for keeping embedment if any, wherever required while casting). Mix ratio is specified is for cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded stone aggregate. ALL WORKS UPTO PLINTH LEVEL with RCC 1:1:2 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 383))

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth(including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., complete all as per specifications and directions of Engineerin- charge.
