Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including clearing leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification (TNDSS No. 23, 24)

Plain Cement Concrete1:5:10 (OneCement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation includingdewateringwherever necessary and laid in layersof notmore than 15cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by manual means

Centering for sides and soffits of such as lintels, slab that beams plain surface etc., complete excluding strutting upto 3.30 M height using mild steel sheet of size 90 c.m x 60 c.m and 10 gauge stifer with M.S. angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm laid over silver w.c.wood joints of size 10 c.m. x 6 c.m. spaced at about 90 c.m. c/c and supported by casurins props of 10 c.m. to 13 c.m. dia spaced 75 c.m. centre to centre complying with as per standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

RCC non pressure spun pipe ( NP3 )450mm with socket and spigot ends as per IS 458/2003 anufactured with sulphate resistant cement with 12 mm HI -alumina lining with rubber ring
