Manning and operation for various sizes of butterfly valves through valve automation and monitoring panel (80mm to 250mm dia) (07 Nos reservoirs tanks) and various sizes of sluice valves (80mm to 250mm dia) for water supply to training area, trainees galley, swimming pool, domestic area, DSC accn and INHS Nivarini by deplyoing 01 FGM (Semi skilled) in each shift of 08 hours including Sundays & holidays as mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed. 1st Shift timing : - 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours. 2nd Shift timing :- 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours 3rd Shift timing :- 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours

Note :- (i) Basic mobile phone, emergency light, tools and plant shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (ii) Minimum wages shall be as per notification issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Any increase in wages rates during the period of contract shall be paid by the contractor at his own cost. iii) The quoted rate shall include EPF, ESI, LWC, GST etc as applicable as per current rates / rules. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of any future enhancement and shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. The contractors shall submit copy of receipts of EPF, ESI as applicable etc in respect of his employees alongwith RAR/FB while claiming payment. (iv) Contractor shall made payment to his employees through Aadhar link bank account and copy of receipt of such payment shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for their verification. (v) Contractor shall provide log sheet attendance register and other stationery items required for smooth functioning of installation. The rate quoted is inclusive of cost of such items.

(vi) Rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cost of uniform to his employees for wearing during working hours. Pattern of uniform shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (vii) General cleanliness and upkeeping of existing plants shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (viii) In case of non submission of copy of receipt of EPF, ESI etc as applicable, the RAR/Final bill payment with not be entertained by the department for which responsibility shall be rest with the contractor.
