Providing and laying 50mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing 50mm thick concrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 38mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.
Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattem and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In steps/step thread, 18mm thick Granite slab with anti skid grooves of required pattering & moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4. The granite slab shall be single length to match step length.
Supplying and laying approved quality Polished Vitrified floor tiles of size (600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 40mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, to achieve total final floor finish of 50mm thickness, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC. Note: Sample shall be submitted and got approved by EIC before procurement.
Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (IN Skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bd of cement mortar 1:3) including machine/hand cutting to required size & SHape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Wetfilm thickness and Dry film thickness shall be checked at frequent intervals and as per QA requirements. 3. Rate shall also include preparation of concrete/ wall surface by breaking (if required), chipping, surface grinding and making the concrete surface smooth by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering as indicated by EIC. 4.
