225mm thick SOLING: Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness 225MM with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The compacted thickness of stone soling laid shall be measured for payment.)

PCC 1:2:4 RMC M15using 20mm max. size aggregate.Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graced stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge,

RCC M25 RMC1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)Providingand laying in position specified grade of reinforced cementconcrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

Plaster 20mm thick for wall:Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

110mm P.V.C. PIPES:Providing, laying, jointing, fitting, testing heavy quality P.V.C. pipes of Prince, Supreme etc. make & of required dia including all fittings required as per site requirement & laying the same at any floor levels including scaffolding all jointing materials & clamping in wooden blocks if required etc. complete as directed & specified by Engineer-In-Charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer, including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

25mm n.b:CONCELEDproviding, laying , jointing, fitting & testing C PVC pipe SDR of heavy quality following dia for hot & cold water distribution system of approved make (prince, fiNoslex, supreme, liason, Astral make) including all fittings required as per site requirement for concealed pipe laying by chasing in wall, floors and making good the same to the original condition and for open type of pipe laying and fixing in proper line & level with necessary PVC clamps wood packing etc. fixing the joints with proper solvent or threaded type fittings or press type fittings etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
