(a) All necessary ladder and scaffolding arrangement shall be made by the contractor. (b) All kind of safety equipments shall be arranged at site by the contractor. (c) In case of damage of any outlet pipeline/control valves during operation shall be borne by the contractor (d) Disturbed portion if any shall be made good as per existing by the contractor

Cleaning of Masonry /RCC under ground sump of 25000 GLN capacity, Located at Gundrai pump house No 1, including the following works: (i) draining out water with the help of monoblock pumpset (pumpset shall be managed by the contractor) (ii) Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from sump by manually & rubbing & cleaning with gunny bags etc (iii) washing with fresh water & Bleaching powder twon times (iv) writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamel paint (v) applying two coat of light blue colour synthetic enamel wall paint internally upto 84SQM on inside floor and all walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Masonry /RCC under ground sump of 25000 LTR capacity loacted at Cadets hostel area including the following works: (i) draining out water with the help of monoblock pumpset (pumpset shall be managed by the contractor) (ii) Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from sump by manually & rubbing & cleaning with gunny bags etc (iii) washing with fresh water & Bleaching powder twon times (iv) writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamel paint (v) applying two coat of white wash.

M&L for Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth from root for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house No-1&2&3 at Gundrai and kesharbagh sub station , Kesarbagh sump house and at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr including levelling of land through JCB directed by engineer -in -charge , Note: (i) Rate including Cutting T&P, transporting/disposal/dumping away from the site as per the laid down procedure of waste management system shall be considered with this item rate. (ii) Entire site shall not be given for one time. Area for cleaning shall be given to the contractor on requirement basis as per the site conditions and growth rate of bushes and grass etc. The area shall be divided into several parts and shall be directed to the contractor when cleaning is required at site. (iii) The above job is carried out in beginning from acceptance of contract and other after 3 month .

Cleaning of Shallow wells at Gundrai by cutting the MS sheet of 10mm thick by gas cutter in rectanglur shape approx 10 to 12 RM, welding the MS sheet of 10 mm thick by gas welding with the help of copper rod in rectangular shape approx 10 to 12 RM after completing cleaning work, Lowering the non clog pump set of 5 HP to 40HP capacity in shallow wells and running until well gets empty during the cleaning work is on including transportation expenditure, pipe arrangement etc., Making angle iron fabrication work at site over both shallow wells to rest/fixing chain pully set to draw bucket filled with mud, sludge, dust, fungus, useless stone pieces continuously till all the waste material removed from bottom of shallow well, Cleaning all pores/ Sources of water yield inside well's wall by brooming, brushing, rubbing, clothing until all rubbish material removed from well's wall and cleaning the wall with the help of water jet of sufficient pressure including cleaning of wall by disinfection chemical like bleaching powder properly or as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for painting aluminium coat over Steel tubular pole and cross arms any size and height including preparration of metallic surface with sand papers and applying one coat of metallic primer before applying aluminium paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Location - Gundrai to Kesarbagh area. During school hours Shutdown shall be given after getting approval from the Stn I/C oficer and during holidays shutdown shall be given after consulting with Engineer-in-Charge. Continuous shutdown more than 4Hrs shall not be given in a single day because of water supply constraints. All kind of safety deivces, vehicles and ladders shall be arranged by the contractor at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc.

Supply and fix in repair energy efficient LED flood light fitting of 120 Watt capacity with toughened clear glass , LED chip efficacy > 130 lumen / watt, system efficacy > 120 lumen / watt, luminarie shall be mandatory brand embossed on luminaries, potted antivibration driver. The driver shall be able to withstand for indoor at 440V for 8 hours . The driver should have fascility and cut off voltage. Input over voltage protection will be > 300 Volt AC and for cut off the luminaires should withstand for 48 hours at 100 Volt AC. The LED efficacy shall be more than 85% at a junction temperature of 85 degree centigrade. All screws of the luminaires should be SS304. Servicing of DG set of capacity of 63 KVA to 82.5KVA water/air cooled (Kirloskar) by unscrewing nuts, bolts and servicing of DG set with checking, draining and changing of Engine oil and Coolant, checking and changing of V-belts, greasing and oiling of all relevant parts and topping up, Cleaning the inner body of Fuel tank and Radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the DG set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of DG set including repair of control panel, opening of alternator, water pump, starter motor for cleaning, servicing and refixing.
