COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SWITCHGEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER LT PANEL AND CONNECTED WORK UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Repairing/overhauling of existing Outdoor type LT panel board/feeder pillar box of any size/type fixed on PCC block including cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connection to the bus bar & switch gears , refixing of loosed doors with proper fixing & locking arrangement & necessary welding work as required and replacement of wornout/ burnt/rusted/ loose lugs , door lock, nut bolt, hing, washers, internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire ,repair to PCC work as require at site and including disconnection of all cable from the bus bar and insulating the necked portion of Al/Cu conductor and re-connect the same after repair of panel and proper connection of main earth wire/lead with panel body using lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairing/overhauling of existing indoor type LT panel board/bus bar / V-TPN DBs of any size/type fixed on building wall including cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connection to the bus bar & switch gears , refixing of loosed doors with proper fixing & locking arrangement & necessary welding work as required and replacement of wornout/ burnt/rusted/ loose lugs , door lock, nut bolt,hing, washers,internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire ,repair to plaster work as require at site and including disconnection of all cable/ sub main from the bus bar and insulating the necked portion of Al/Cu conductor and re-connect the same after repair of panel and proper connection of main earth wire/lead with panel body using lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking out LT burnt cable ends of any size from transformer/LT panel/LT feeder pillar/ street light pole box/trenches any type/size, for repair/making suitable for reconnection to cable, providing lugs to burnt end of cables, preparing fresh terminals and reconnection, fixing the removed portion of cable with transformer/in trenches/along pole/ panel/feeder pillar box, including excavation of loop & refilling complete using old bricks and sand returning filling the excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismanteling of old damaged /cracked PCC coping and prepare the new PCC coping for steel/PCC pole using PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate making collar above ground level on existing foundation of pole size 450x450x300 mm high and plastering with1:4 cement sand mixter for smooth look incl curing to achieve the strength and breaking/removing existing old damaged coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair of earth pit including required excavation, earth work and PCC work to make good damaged /disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced and lifting handle on RCC cover with 8 mm bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways incl supply & fixing of wire mess and funnel including re-connection of earth wire/strip with panel/transformer using GI nut, bolts washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fabricating and fixing door for existing LT panel/feeder pillar box, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, including suitable locking arrangement, neoprene/rubber gasket for dust and weather-proof sealing, hinges, cutting, bending, welding and all necessary metal work for proper fitment to the existing panel, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing (in replacement), connecting and testing of outdoor cubicle type Busbar Panel Board, factory fabricated from not less than 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, of minimum size 900 mm × 600 mm × 500 mm, mounted on 4 Nos. MS angle support legs and suitable PCC foundation blocks, complete with compartmentalized construction, double doors with front and rear access, heavy-duty hinges, locking arrangement with handles, neoprene/PVC gasket for weather and dust-proof sealing, cable alley, gland plates, terminal arrangements, provision for incoming and outgoing cable terminations with suitable size aluminium lugs and glands, duly treated and finished with powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel shall be suitable for outdoor service conditions and complete with all internal wiring, busbar supports, hardware, earthing terminals and accessories as specified. The work shall include dismantling of existing panel, fixing, making all electrical connections, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The panel shall be complete with the following accessories/components: (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of 300 Amp rating (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type set of 3 -1 Set (c) Ammeter analog type having measuring range (0-300) Amp with CTs etc including rotary switch to measure load of each phase : L&T/Seimens (d) Volt meter having measuring range (0-500) volt with rotary switch to measure voltage of phase R.Y.B make : L&T/AE (e) Grouting of panel including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation in cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and cement-sand plaster (1:4), including finishing and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

Taking out existing XLPE insulated aluminium/copper conductor armoured LT/HT underground cable of any size from existing route/trench, including disconnection, excavation, careful recovery, handling and shifting to new alignment, and re-laying in trench, on wall or cable tray as required, including excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, brick/cover protection, GI pipe protection wherever required, dressing of cable, fixing with suitable clamps/supports, providing cable identification tags, testing for insulation resistance and continuity, reconnection and termination/jointing as required, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, brick/cover protection, testing, reconnection and all other incidental works necessary for completion of the job.

S&F in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) overhead line conductor of any type and size, including dismantling of existing conductor, stringing, sagging, binding, jointing and making all necessary connections including removal of foreign objects/obstacle, if any, affecting the overhead line for proper functioning of the line complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Restringing of loose overhead conductor/GI earth wire of any type and size by untying existing binding wire from insulators and cross-arms, re-tensioning the conductor/earth wire to achieve the permissible sag of the overhead line, and re-fixing with new binding wire of suitable size. The item shall include proper jointing and tightening of jumpers, pruning/cutting of tree branches and removal of other obstructions within the concerned span, and carrying out all incidental works necessary for safe and satisfactory operation of the overhead line, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) One job shall consist of one span of 3-phase, 4-wire overhead line. (b) The length of one span shall be approximately 30 m to 50 m. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include new binding wire, jumper jointing, tree branch pruning, labour, tools and all incidental works required for completion of the job.
