STP (06 MLD) with Co-treament facility (08 KLD) including cost of MPS (12.31MLD)- Design, Engineering, soil investigation, vetting of design / drawing from IIT,Construction, Supply of all materials, Erection and Commissioning of co treatment facilities (6.00 MLD STP and 8.00 KLD Co-treatment) with all the civil, electrical , mechanical, instrumentation and scada system,OCEMS system at inlet & outlet of stp , minimum 50KW on grid solar sysem for energy saving ,LT/HT panel, sub station & its building, DG set and its foundation, Transformer yard, 2 storey admin buidling with confrence hall and required furnitures (Godrej mak), (150 sqm plinth area) with allied facilities, 4 nos split AC (2 Ton capacity, 5 star rating latest model), 4 nos DESTOP WITH PRINTER ( I7 processor) with table & chair, laboratories with allied facilities (ISI mark appreatus), meter room and campus development, greeneries,orboricultures, horticulture with water sprinkliing arrengments,internal drain, Construction of external & Internal Road (CC Road, 3.75m wide, area approx 1200sqm.), Internal Drains, Gaurd room (10 sq.m internal size), first class building staff quarters two room set - 4Nos with external & internal electrification, internal & external sanitry works etc, . with required specification, internal & external water supply (20KL tank including tube well and pumping arrangement, electrification & street lighting and sanitation work). 10lpm capcity RO etc. all complete for STP with co-treatment facilities. STP shall be based on SBR Technology. The effluent quality for agricultural uses (PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil & Grease-10 mg/l, BOD-10mg/l) , COD-50 mg/l , Residual chlorine-nil , TKN-10mg/l, Nitrate N-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100 ml, Dissolved P-1 mg/l shall be maintained as per CPHEEO manuals. Latest NGT norms for effluent discharge shall be adhered. The cos of MPS (Civil and E&M works) in included in this cost including rising main ( DIK-9) from MPS to STP inlet and RCC effulent channel upto 100m length and size as per required size as per Design .

Construction of Boundry wall at STP site- Construction of Boundary Wall 1.8m ht. above plinth level with RCC Column (23*23cm) @3m c/c with plinth beam (.23*.23cm)and foundation avg. 1.2m depth including reinforcement and CC coping on top of wall with plaster (1:4) and painting (apex painting 3 coat) as per type design and drawing at the STP site including fixing of MS angle (75mm x 75mm x 6mm) on each colum, Height 60 cm above coping and 03 layer fencing barbed bar.

MS gate- Supply and fixing of MS gate 3.60 M wide gate and 1.20 m wide wicket gate. With RCC pillar with lightig arrengments,

I&D Pipes (Network) and Appurtenances Work-

Earth work in soil, in Moorum /Kankar / Shingle, in Soft/Medium rock. etc. loam, clay or sand with lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 200m, barricading, Refilling the soil as required, incluidng depositing in layers not exceeding 150 mm, watering and compaction to 95% of the Standard proctor density, level dressing, including supply of all lebour, T&P etc. required for completion of the work. Ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth upto 8KM. and wihin 48 hours, restoration of damaged overhead & underground utility (such as electricity cable/pole, phone cable, network cable, water pipe/ connection, sewer pipe /connection, drain pipe/connection, brick /rcc drain etc.) .The trenches shall be properly barricaded and fenced off wherever necessary. RED FLAGS AND CAUTION BOARDS during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents.. its includes provision of making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigated location of various under ground services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer line etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated marks etc. with supply of all necessary equipments, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work. Supply, carting and laying & Jointing of 160mm HDPE Pipe PN-8 class, PE-100 with required specials/ bends/ coupler etc. in true alignment and gradient as confirming to relevant I.S. 14333/1996 Standards, at required depth for making existing drains to Manhole , Including grouting with P.C.C. in both side of chamber, Including dismantling and reinstatement of ramp/ drain/ road for the same above, Including excavation in mix soil,local sand bedding,pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trench in 20 cm layers, watering, ramming the same including disposal of the surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 5KM from the centre of the trenches. Including Reinstatement of road dismantled for the work as per the specifications of P.W.D. For all types of roads.

Providing and erecting 02 mtr. height temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes hiring of Ballies and arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). The rate is for unit length of pipe laying.

Interception & Diversion (I&D) works Engineering, survey , making drawing / design, vetting of drawing/ design from IIT ,Tapping structure with 1 gate (Size 1.0m x 1.0m) across the Drain and 1 gate at the diversion pipe inlet) - including supply of all material labour T&P, excavation, PCC with M-10, RCC work with M-25 for screen channel, silt chamber, outlet chamber. Providing and fixing in position precast RCC manhole cover EHD-35 GRADE and frame of required shape and aproved quality (Circular shape 600 mm internal dia.) manual coarse bar scrn size 2.0x1.00m and bar spacing 40mm in SS-304 as per site requirement, Hand operated cast iron single phases Weir gate, rising spindle type generally as per IS 13349 Class-1, having cost iron frame & door fitted with St. Steel CF-8M faces M.S extension rod with coupling and CI Guide brackets suitable to a required distance. Sluice gate shall be provided with C.I. Geared head stock with hand wheel & supporting M.S Channel in Nala (size- 1.00x0.50m). etc. all complete work.

Trial & Run of STP ,MPS, I & D structures and co treatment for 03 months and up to handover of project to NP OBRA including all Staff ,labour,chemist, operater, Superviser, Fitter, Electrician, Sweeper as per required and including supply of consumable item as chlorine, mobile, Grease, Diesel and electricity bill etc. complete.
