STP (06 MLD) with Co-treament facility (08 KLD) including cost of MPS (12.31MLD)- Design, Engineering, soil investigation, vetting of design / drawing from IIT,Construction, Supply of all materials, Erection and Commissioning of co treatment facilities (6.00 MLD STP and 8.00 KLD Co-treatment) with all the civil, electrical , mechanical, instrumentation and scada system,OCEMS system at inlet & outlet of stp , minimum 50KW on grid solar sysem for energy saving ,LT/HT panel, sub station & its building, DG set and its foundation, Transformer yard, 2 storey admin buidling with confrence hall and required furnitures (Godrej mak), (150 sqm plinth area) with allied facilities, 4 nos split AC (2 Ton capacity, 5 star rating latest model), 4 nos DESTOP WITH PRINTER ( I7 processor) with table & chair, laboratories with allied facilities (ISI mark appreatus), meter room and campus development, greeneries,orboricultures, horticulture with water sprinkliing arrengments,internal drain, Construction of external & Internal Road (CC Road, 3.75m wide, area approx 1200sqm.), Internal Drains, Gaurd room (10 sq.m internal size), first class building staff quarters two room set - 4Nos with external & internal electrification, internal & external sanitry works etc, . with required specification, internal & external water supply (20KL tank including tube well and pumping arrangement, electrification & street lighting and sanitation work). 10lpm capcity RO etc. all complete for STP with co-treatment facilities. STP shall be based on SBR Technology. The effluent quality for agricultural uses (PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil & Grease-10 mg/l, BOD-10mg/l) , COD-50 mg/l , Residual chlorine-nil , TKN-10mg/l, Nitrate N-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100 ml, Dissolved P-1 mg/l shall be maintained as per CPHEEO manuals. Latest NGT norms for effluent discharge shall be adhered. The cos of MPS (Civil and E&M works) in included in this cost including rising main ( DIK-9) from MPS to STP inlet and RCC effulent channel upto 100m length and size as per required size as per Design .

Construction of Boundry wall at STP site- Construction of Boundary Wall 1.8m ht. above plinth level with RCC Column (23*23cm) @3m c/c with plinth beam (.23*.23cm)and foundation avg. 1.2m depth including reinforcement and CC coping on top of wall with plaster (1:4) and painting (apex painting 3 coat) as per type design and drawing at the STP site including fixing of MS angle (75mm x 75mm x 6mm) on each colum, Height 60 cm above coping and 03 layer fencing barbed bar.

MS gate- Supply and fixing of MS gate 3.60 M wide gate and 1.20 m wide wicket gate. With RCC pillar with lightig arrengments,

I&D Pipes (Network) and Appurtenances Work-

Earth work in soil, in Moorum /Kankar / Shingle, in Soft/Medium rock. etc. loam, clay or sand with lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 200m, barricading, Refilling the soil as required, incluidng depositing in layers not exceeding 150 mm, watering and compaction to 95% of the Standard proctor density, level dressing, including supply of all lebour, T&P etc. required for completion of the work. Ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth upto 8KM. and wihin 48 hours, restoration of damaged overhead & underground utility (such as electricity cable/pole, phone cable, network cable, water pipe/ connection, sewer pipe /connection, drain pipe/connection, brick /rcc drain etc.) .The trenches shall be properly barricaded and fenced off wherever necessary. RED FLAGS AND CAUTION BOARDS during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents.. its includes provision of making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigated location of various under ground services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer line etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated marks etc. with supply of all necessary equipments, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work.
