Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling of any decription size and thickness including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete articles laid dry as in paver blocks etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar coveringssheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excation n' exc. 1.5m deep and getting out any type of soil excavation of soil etc complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 1.50km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 5 km above the starting point in soils etc complete all as directed.

Forming embankment including raising (or lowering) earth,spreding in layers n exc.30cm thick,watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to requred size,shape etc n exc 3.00 m high from base etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 11 above but except bricks

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar or stone walls built in lime mortor for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required exc. half brick but not exc one brick etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel of conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 as in wind ties/Hole fast fixed at eaves and ridge level etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel of conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 as framed work (Angles ,Flat Iron, square/round bars) with ends of bars shouldred and/or rivetted or forged into spikes for Door window/ grills/framed guard bars to the design and pattern of ornamental and intricate as approved etc complete all as speciified and drected.

S&F mild steel screw bolts machine made 5 to 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end fitted with one washers and hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long etc complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel rag or lewised bolts, screwed one end, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised exc 30cm long etc complete all as directed.

S&F Mild steel Fe 410-W (Grade E-250 quality A) rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Fe 410-W (Grade E-250 quality A) plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Fe 410-W (Grade E-250 quality A) as in framed roof trusses (Beam ,Tee ,Angle,channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as directed.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting,with two corrugation side and roof ridge, lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade 'O'quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinccoating and grade 'B' class 8, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 21 above but except sheets

S&F galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thickness fixed with L type or J type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, as in ridge etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in subase finished to receive floor treatment etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in finished to receive floor 30mm deep joints at every 3 mtr streatment etc complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured ceramic joint free glossy finish floor tiles 7 to 8mm thick and size 400mm x 400mm (area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm) laid in floors, with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 26 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded agg as in plinth protection 75 mm thickness, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including 10mm wide and 30mm deep joints at every 2.4mtrs interval and at every change in direction filled with bitumastic compound etc complete all as specified and direted.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size made of grey cement with pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with and including 30mm thick sand bedding well compacted watered and rammed to true level etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grey cement with pigment chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300mmx300mmx20mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth etc complete all specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick external plaster in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, application of wall primer and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of color wash over a coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 35 above but not exc 10cm width or girth

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron work or CGI/PGI sheeting in wall or roofing, over 10cm width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive pattern in three colours (gree,grey and brown) over a coat of acrylic primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs. 40,250.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
