Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all taxes,GST, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etcetra upto any thickness including all taxes, GST,carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed & vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred twenty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor all levels as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, GST, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, bending, binding and placing in position complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & fixing 2nd class deodar wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & fixing 2nd class deodar wood wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & fixing 40 mm ( forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood shutter for door with infill pannel of 12 mm thick ( twelve millimetre) phenol bonded pre-laminated board (both side) particle board ISI marked No. IS-12823 including ( below middle rail) or its eqivalent pannel above middle rail sahll be of 5 mm ( five milimetre) thick glass with black enamle iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trusses purlins in building as required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & laying 40 mm ( forty milimetre) thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto fourgraded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre ) nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angle, chamfer and / or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing vitreous China flat back size 550x400 mm (five hundred fifty into four hundred milimetre) Matrix wash basin with single for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 600mm X 450 mm (six hundred millimetre into four hundred fifty millimetre) bevelled edge mirror of superior glass mounted on 6mm (six millimetre)thick A.C. sheet or plywood sheet and fixed to wooden plugs with C.P. brass screws and washers as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 600mm X 20mm (six hundred millimetre into twenty millimetre) C.P. brass towel rail of continental series of Jaquar / contessa series of hindware/ ocean series of Cera complete with C.P. brass brackets fixed to wooden plugs with C.P. brass screws as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar tap with capstan head 15mm (fifteen millimetre) dia as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
