Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) as in slabs supported on walls, shelves etc.

M&L for providing steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) in walls setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for door shutters, window shutters, kitchen cupboard shutters fixed type, without sash bars, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F 12 mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to aluminium frame including necessary fittings all as specified and directed.

S&F MS powder coated telescopic slider/ guides with rollers for kitchen cabinet racks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on and including back coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint.

S&F 600 x 450 mm size kitchen chimney complete including hood/ duct size 300 x 200 mm made out from GI sheet 0.63 mm thick including 150 mm dia. PVC pipe length of duct & pipe upto and including exit point complete all as specified and directed. Make: Hindware / Kutchina or equivalent.
