2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanica lmeans(Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

5.12 Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening , cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pillasers, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete -40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

10.1 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

13.16.1 6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).
