SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND EXTERNAL PAINTING IN BLDG NO P-229 AND P-234 IN TRIVENI VIHAR AT SUNJUWAN UNDER GE JAMMU

B/R Portion: - Complete removal of the existing roof treatment any nos of layers taken out membrane, PCC Padding/roof, tiles etc including grabbing up of tree roots, roughening and preparation of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, scrubbing down with steel brushes, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on concrete fair faces with cement morter (1:3) including water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying bituminous primer/ tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning of surface conforming to IS-3384 complete all as specified and as directed.

APP (Atactic Polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Square metre with non woven polyster not less than 150 Grams/Square metre laid on primed surface by forced application with side overlap minimum 100 mm. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished with two coats of bituminous based aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

25 mm thick (average thickness) PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding including preparation of surface and mix with water proofing compound and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) or tiling etc in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/ wall tiles including backing etc from brick/ stone walls/ concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.
