Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, in hard/dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling in post holes.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floorscomplete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded matel, while the concrete is green as in Flooring / path complete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for forming construction joints (Dummy) 65 mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound Grade A

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling in mass concrete.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for formwork for soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab , floors slab , landings and similar work n, exc. 200 mm thick

M&L for RCC Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded aggr) (Nominal Mix) as in foundations including rafts, footings foundations , beams , plinth beams bases for columns etx basement slabs undereamed piles and mass concrete etc all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n. exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4 finished even & fair (without using extra cement).

M&L for preparation of plastered or un plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement paint over and includind a coat of alkali resistant primer.

S&F Steel work in tabular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St-240.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

M&L for preparation of surfaces new steel & iron of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering in any curvature, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering in any curvature as specified.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for Walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item no 24 above, but , item No 24 above but except stone .

M&L for raised pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and a directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete cast-in situ 1:2:4 Type B1 (20 mm graded crushed aggragate) in bands, coping and the like including weathering throating as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing, any type etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc. galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, manholes, columns, pier holes etc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Nominal mix 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers; lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for form work to sides of cocrete foundation,footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams & similar work vertical better rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.13 above, but , 5mm dia and over, upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups all as specified and directed.

Dismanting structual steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 Complete all as specified and as directed

S& F zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 kg per coil all as directed.
