Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar, facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, floor etc surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, floor etc surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished fair and even, laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length, 12 mm wide and 50 mm deep joints shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with mastic filling to full depth comprising mixture ofheared blown bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts sand, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on fair faces of brick work work or concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching including necessary form work, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured /printed tiles of size 450mmx350mm / 350mmx250mm x 6 to 7 mm thick setting & jointed with neat cement slurry as in vertical surfaces over & including 10mm thick rendering of cement sand mortar (1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surface of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, light shade, 10 mm thick (square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm setting and jointed with cement slurry laid as in floors over & including 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, rubber moulded, designer (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with coloured top laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Provision of Gypsum board of 9mm thick ceiling tiles of size 595mmx595mm with and including aluminium anodised section for wall angle of size 30mmx25mm x 2mm thick, for main/cross tee section of size 15mmx15mm x 1.4mm thick and suspended with 2.18mm thick GI wire of suitable length and including fixed & aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part-I and as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :--(i) Aluminium section : -- INDALCO/ HINDALCO/ JINDAL (ii) Perforated/ Semiperforated tiles :--- ARMSTRONG/ LAFARG

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick set & jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade/tint, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying 3mm thick wall care putty & filling cavities on wall/ceiling surface to provide smooth even surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) (smooth mat finish) of approved shade/tint all as specified & as directed.

All as per item no 28.00 here in before but on ceiling surfaces

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of ceiling including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Mirror cabinet (PTMT) with mirror size 350 mm x 450mm fixed on wall with cadmium plated brass screws, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs sheet glass shelf assembly with chromium plated bracket guard and railing fixed on wall with PVC rawl plug & cadmium plated brass screws, complete all as specified & directed. S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm with & including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 blocks of size 10x7.5x15cm, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm bore chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed, (excluding tap, waste chain & plug), complete all as specified & directed. Note :-- Pillar tap shall be measure & paid separately under respective item No of this Schedule.

S&F in repairs vitreous china urinal, full stall type, white including providing & fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with & including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, with & including PTMT grating and union for discharge pipe including waste pipe of polythelene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavement and the like exc 10cm wide with roads marking paint, white or golden yellow, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated external surfaces of wall, fascia, vertical and horrizontal surfaces of roof projection, chajja etc and applying one coat of weather coat (smooth classic, any colour as directed) with anti fungal exterior coating weather proof emulsion paint in camouflage pattern, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated painted surface and applying one coat of weather proof coat of exterior grade on existing alternate strips of any colour on fencing posts in camouflage pattern, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement/adhesive and fixing at site on PVC/wooden frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR. Note :- Fillets shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc 6 sqcm and not exc 13 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
