84198/E8 REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF 11KV HT TRANSFORMER, VCB, HT DISTRIBUTION, PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS AT 10WING AND 5AFH AREA UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

Servicing, Repairing and Maintenance of existing HT 11 KV,400/630/800 Amps rating VCBs (Make : Crompton Greaves/ Areva ‘Alstom’/ Schneider/ Seimens/ ITE/Andrew Yule/L&Y/ABB) by removing from housing, overhauling the mechanical parts and periodic maintenance servicing of 11KV indoor/ outdoor VCBs, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, testing ( IR value, Ratio Test, Polarity) and connection checking of 11 KV Current Transformer ( Set of Three) by primary injection kit ,testing and calibration of relay ( Set of, Two Over Current and One Earth Fault Relays) by secondary injection kit including,all other functional tests of the VCB panels including for CTs, PTs, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The work shall be carried out through Authorised & Qualified agencies as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (ii) Calibration and Testing(s) shall be done through State Electrical Licencing Board's valid electrical licence holder for the appropriate class/category of the work as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (iii) Spare Parts for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.
