Safe & maintenance of free earthing electrode (GI pipe 50mm dia. & 3 mtr. in length as secondary electrode and 02 nos. hot dipped galvanized strip size 25*6 mm length 3 mtr. confirming to IS 3043.
Erection, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing electrode.
Supply & filling of compound MFC-20 (Bentonite powder).
Erection of 13 to 16 Mtrs. long steel tubular poles including excavation for pole pit having the depth of 1.5 Mtr. to 2 Mtr. as per site condition and grouting by 1 bag cememnt OB stone boulder and sand.
Supply and laying of 50 mm x 6 mm GI strip at 0.50 Mtr. below the ground as strip earth electrode including connection terminating with G.I., Nut, Bolt, spring and washer as required (jointing shall done by overlapping and 2 sets of G.I. Nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm (16 Mtrs. x 15 nos. of poles + 03 Mtrs x 19 nos. for earth pits.) = 297 Mtrs. (297 Mtrs. x 2.4 Kg/Mtr. = 712.80 Kg.
Supply and erection of copper spike lightning arrestor (1.8 mtr. long and 16 mm dia.)
Supply of Nut bolts and washer as per requirment.
Supply of Anchor fastener
Supply of 30/36 KV grade, 10 KA Lightning Arrestor
Installtion, testing & commissioning of lighting arrestor 30/36 KV grade including connection with earthpits.
Supply and installation of 6.0/7.2 KV Grade 05 KA Lighting/Surge Arrestor.
