Dismantling floor hearth/ wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing tiles & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as padding in sunken portion using liquid WPC @ 0.4 % by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer’s instructions, whichever is more complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing liquid at the rate of 0.4 % by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer’s instructions, whichever is more in sunken portion finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid Shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying first layer of cement slurry at 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR -CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one Armour Crete : Two cement) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one polycryl : Two cement) or Ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying second layer of 1.5mm to 2.0mm thick slurry of cement at 0.242kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Armourcrete : cement : silica sand) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Polycryl : cement : silica sand) or ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours followed by water curing of 48 hours complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in 25 mm thick sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc., including finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, as in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI/PVC tubing and connections along with fittings such as tees , bends etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/ trenches including cutting/chasing in walls of any description and cleaning for refixing or offering credit all as directed of following Dia of pipes:-

Refixing old GI/PVC tubing and connections in new or old position (walls,ceiling,floors) with all necessary new fittings all as directed for the following dia of pipes:-
