Dismantling/Taking down to existing unserviceable panel board of any size by disconnecting the existing cable connection, earthing etc complete all as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and Electrically connecting LT Busbar panel Board of minimum size 900mm x 800 mm x 510 mm , 415 volts ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , cubical type , outdoor type made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with epoxy powder coating paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading , including Bus Bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of 1000 Amp capacity , 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator , bus bar chamber and shall be provided with front and rear opening and panel shall be mounted with angle iron frame and four legs ( length of one leg 50 cm each above ground) made from angle iron frame of suitable size duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , embeding and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B:1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate foundation including necessay earth work complete , including all connections / control wiring incoming / outgoing with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1100 vot grade ,Necessary spares such as glands, thimbles , lugs, nuts, bolts etc including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out un-serviceable/faulty cable/service connection cable of any grade / type / class of size of 10 Sq mm to 50 Sq mm, 2 core /4 core for repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2.00 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 07 above but sectional area 16 Sq mm 4 core.

All as per serial item No 07 above but sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core.

Laying only old serviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable of any grade , any size laid in trenches / fixed to wall / pole / roof / laid in floor including necessary connections and thimbling complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B breicks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) in existing concealed/ surface conduit for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and including new MS Sunken box and hylem sheet for fixing of switches etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 16 above but for socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp on same board.
