Supplying of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of approved manufacturer and brand of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of Acrylic Exterior Primer of approved manufacturer all complete as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Supplying of synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Supplying of white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Supplying of ready mixed pink or grey primer for wood work of approved brand and manufacturer as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content : With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Supplying of Aluminium Paint/ Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacturer as per manufacturer's specification etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour on old work : 100 mm diameter pipes (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (Labour Rate only excluding the cost of material).

Providing, mixing and applying over reinforcement bars zinc antirust agent @ 0.22ltr per sqm as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (dosage/ coverage as per recommendation manufacturers).

Providing & laying synthetic fibre reinforced mesh (overlaps of joints shall not be less than 10 Cm, the density of fibre mesh shall not be less than 45 grams/sqm) and top protective layer of cement & slurry made with cement @1.58 kg/sqm & curing etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge).

Rubbing and polishing on the existing Kota stone/granite floor & skirting by using floor grinder and hand grinder as required i/c applying wax polish to provide glossy finish upto entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
