Dismantling/removing wooden partition/ wooden ceiling/ pop ceiling including staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material at dumping yard within Hotel coumpound as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismantling/removing and staking of toilet fixtures i.e. WC with flushing tank, washbasin with mixture, with all accessories, coat hook, shower with diverter and spout etc. complete all fixtures of guest room toilet as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling of wall tiles laid in cement mortar including stacking of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15mm th cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Extra for fixing marble /granite stone over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width up to 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand(zoneIII) derived from natural sources:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.
