Providing services for day-to-day cleaning of buildings and premises of Fire Station at 'D' Block for 2 years.

Providing services for cleaning fully on day to day basis at Fire Station Plot Premises viz. Landscape Areas, Recreational Garden Areas (including cutting, weeding and watering of grass), Parking Areas, Approach Roads, Internal Roads, Compound Walls, Entrance Gates, Built-up Gutters, Underground / Overhead Water Storage Tanks (including jet cleaning from inside once in three months), Septic Tanks, Underground Drainage Pipe Lines, Gully Traps, Inspection Chambers (as and when required) etc. and Administrative Office and Residential Buildings Built-up Common Areas viz. Stilts, Terraces, Head Rooms, Machine Rooms, Staircases their Landings, Mid Landings, Passages, Lobbies at all levels including mopping and washing of floors regularly, collecting door to door household garbage of each and every unit and disposing off the same safely in nearest Municipal Dust Bins, internal water supply arrangements including material, labour, equipments, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for cleaning fully external curtain glasses of Administrative Office Building on regular basis and as and when required including material, labour, equipments, tools and plants etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
