SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (Retaining Wall)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in wall foundation.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, including attached pilasters, coping, bed blocks, etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for coping and PCC drain of retaining wall.

Raised and cut pointing pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand).

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring etc.

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, including attached pilasters, drain, coping, bed blocks, etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Material and labour for 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
