Engineering Procurement and Construction of New Terminal Building at Varanasi Airport including overhung (city side & airside), Basement, Kerb area, MLCP, Utility Buildings, Elevated Road, Fixed Bridge, Kerb amenities, Skywalk Connecting terminal to MLCP, Arrival to departure link (Lift & Staircase) etc. with Site development, site survey, site investigations, Earth Work, RCC / Composite Steel Structure/Steel Structure, Aluminium Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system along with polycarbonate with skylight , steel structure, Brick Work / AAC Block work, Aluminium / Glazed façade, Automatic Sliding Doors, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Partition, Interior Works and furniture including Check-in Counters, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, Drainage system, Rain water harvesting, Landscaping (Soft and Hard),Drip irrigation, Fountain, Pavers, Roads including connection to Approach and Car park with city side compound wall/ Operation wall with gates, Bore wells, Maintenance System for False Ceiling & Facade, Utilities, Internal & External Electrification, Lighting (Internal & External, Facade), Power Supply System including Substation & DG sets, HVAC system, Air curtain, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm Detection System, Way Finding Signages, Building Signages, Power Supply arrangements for EV Charging points, Power Supply arrangements for FEGPU & PCAs, Solar Power Plant System, PA system, Lift & Escalators, Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) & RO system including water supply pumps, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), Tyre killer/ Spike barrier, Bollard & Boom barrier, IT system, EPABX(IP), Boom Lifts , Hand dryers, sanitary Napkin Vending machine with incinerator, Drinking water fountain and water cooler with normal, hot and cold water facility, baby diaper changing station, Airport Systems (FIDS, IT Systems, EPABX , SBD & SCCTV), etc. as per drawings, specifications, DBR, Scope, Codes and Practices and all other requirements as contained in tender document. The detailed design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, AAI, BCAS, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC, ECBC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements i/c optimization of energy efficiency complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover DLP of 02 years after actual completion as well as (i) Operation and routine maintenance of all E & M installations and systems etc. For 2 years during DLP as per tender specifications, terms & conditions, & (ii) AICMC of PA systems, SCCTV system, IBMS, lifts & escalators, FIDS, IT systems, EPABX, security equipments (tyre killers, boom barriers, bollards, UVSS), UPS etc. for a period of 05 years after DLP as per tender specifications, terms & conditions. This includes construction of the Project/Work on the Site as set forth in Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D. Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Tender Document and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Tender Document
