(c ) Removing unserviceable locking device and S&F new device including MS 12 mm dia rod rest all as per drg.

(d) Adjustment of the existing shelves by providing new clamps including removing unserviceable clamps all as directed.

(e) Taking out unserviceable hinges S&F new MS hinges 100mm size as per drg.

(f) Taking out unserviceable legs S&F new legs made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drg.

(g) Taking out unserviceable shelves and S&F new shelve made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing.

Teapoy Verandah (Drg No FD-255)

(a)Taking out unserviceable legs and S&F new legs of existing shape and size as required duly welded to all the places as per drawing.

(b) Removing of unserviceable top and providing new top made of pre laminated MDF board 18/19 mm thick exterior grade including 6 mm thick teak wook beading all around all as per drawing.

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE 32MM WITH NYLON NEWAR & CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP (Drg No FD-220)

(a) Removing the threadless/broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and supply and fix new long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drg.(GI pipe Make: TATA/Jindal)

(b)Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in position 1 Nos short rails made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking down under Sl item No. 13(a) above including threading on both ends and fixing complete all as specified and shown on drg. ( Note : Unserviceable check nuts to be replaced in above item shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevent item).

(c)Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in 1 Nos new legs in position made out of old broken short rails obtained from taking down under Sl item No. 13 (b) above and S&F 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg including threading on top end ,all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

(d)Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and S &F new legs made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade including 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and threading on top portion/end and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. (GI Pipe make: TATA/Jindal)

(e) Removing unserviceable three way elbow 32 mm dia and S & F new three way elbow 32 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) and all as shown on drg.

(f) Removing unserviceable check nuts of 32 mm dia and S & F new check nuts 32mm dia 6mm thick of best quality and all as shown on drg.

(g) Removing/taking down existing nylon newar from G.I. pipe charpoys and tightening before weaving with and including approved new white or light colour nylon newar (not made out of recycled nylon) 50 mm wide weight 140 grams per 10 runnning meters, closely kniitted on both sides and end of newar stiched around, weight of newar in each charpoy not less than 1.50 kg complete all as directed.

Chair Verandah [Drg No FD-359 & FD-19(M)]

Removing existing cane from chairs verandah and painting the frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white after preparation of surfaces and then weaving with and including new cane 4 mm wide half round and S & F new PVC Shoes for chair verandah complete all as directed.

Removing old paint, dust and dirt etc from the entire surfaces of items by scratching, burning, sand papering etc to smoothen the surface, filling up holes cracks and patches with specified materials, preparing surfaces by applying primer and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour as desired/directed by Engineer-in-charge complete for following items :-

(b) Taking out old unserviceable nut and bolts S&F new GI nut & bolts including washers of appropriate size.

Chair Revolving / Chair Visitor (Drg No TP)

(a) Taking out unserviceable casters wheel from chair,Revolving and S & F new caster wheels of approved make as per sample in Chair Revolving.

(b) Taking down Unserviceable foot of Chair Revolving, S&F new chromium plated heavy duty Iron foot including 5 Nos casters wheels of approved make as per sample of appropriate size as directed by Engr-in-Charge in chair Revolving/ Chair Executive.

(c) Taking down Unserviceable handrest from Chair Revolving/ Chair Visitor, S& F new handrest of appropriate size as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Taking down Unserviceable hydrolic jack from Chair Revolving, S&F new hydrolic jack of approved sample of appropriate size as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) Taking down Unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat of Chair Revolving/Chair Visitor, S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality as per sample which should not be less than Rs 275/- per metre to the seat of the Chair Revolving/ Chair Visitor.

(f) Taking down Unserviceable tapestry cloth from back of Chair Revolving/Chair Visitor, S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality as per sample which should not be less than Rs 275/- per metre to the back of the Chair Revolving/Chair Visitor.
