Demolition of stone / brick / PCC Block masonry wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Rendering 15mm thick on block masonary surface in CM 1.4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed plates, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of area drain of any size and removing the loose gravel, silt, leaves and debris by removing existing cover slabs and re position of slab to original surface including making good of surface and deposit the soil / silt to a distance upto 5 KM and levelled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for precast cement concrete cover slabs 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover salabs and the like, set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 6mm to 8mm mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, channels and the like including use of necessary moulds, etc. and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 m wide and n exc 1.50 deep and 10 Sqm plan and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point.
