M&L for Surface dressing in hard/ dense soil depth n exe 15 cm deep including grubing up of bushes and levelling the surface for the construction/ errection of structure including removal of all kind of bushes/ vegetation/ small trees etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in hard / dense soil trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m or part thereof in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in hard rock trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m or part thereof in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc 1.5 km depositing wherever directed.

Spreading, leveling including well ramming & requried watering of excavated soil only above the starting point as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying AAC Block Massonary in superstructure using Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC blocks) of size 600x200x300 mm (density 550-650 Kg/Cum), laid with polymer modified thin bed block adhessive (3 mm thick joints). Including necessary bonding with RCC columns using flat iron/ GI ties (e.g, 40x3 mm flat ties, L-shaped or fish tail type) fixed in columns and embedded in masonnary joints at every 4th-5th course (approx. 460-600 mm c/c vertically and as per hight), including scaffolding, curing, wastage, etc. completeall as per directed and specified.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplasted surface of wall by applying Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New York (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 12 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement.
