| 5.00b) Bidder shall quote Price for supply of Proprietary Internals as per terms and conditions. These do not include Customs Duties (including Countervailing Duty and Special Duty, if any). Customs Duties (including Countervailing Duty, Additional Duty, Special Additional Duty) shall be payable by OWNER only on the materials consigned to the OWNER and up to the CIF value of imported materials indicated in Item Sl. No.1 of BoQ1. If Customs Duties (including Countervailing Duty, Additional Duty, Special Additional Duty) are payable on any amount in excess of the CIF Value of imported materials indicated in Item Sl. Notes for Item No.1
a) The total price quoted in shall remain firm and fixed until completion of the contact performance
b) Bidder shall quote Price for supply of Proprietary Internals as per terms and conditions. These do not include Customs Duties (including Countervailing Duty and Special Duty, if any). Customs Duties (including Countervailing Duty, Additional Duty, Special Additional Duty) shall be payable by OWNER only on the materials consigned to the OWNER and up to the CIF value of imported materials indicated in Item Sl. - P&ID review meeting
- Final process package review meeting
c) The total price quoted shall be inclusive of all expenses of BIDDER on account of attending aforesaid meetings
