Removing loose and broken concrete/ masonry surface by chiseling/ mechanically etc from the rcc wall. roof slab, column, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and removig to debries not less than 50m from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing off fromthe site and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Drilling and fixing teflon/PVC nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes (drilling 12 mm dia, 40mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 600mm c/c in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in Charge in RCC structure elements and cleaning the holes (to clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles) and fixing of nozzles (to insert 12mm dia PVC/teflon nozzles in cleaned holes external end of nozzles (to insert 12mm dia teflon nozzles in cleaned holes external end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun and fixing it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and curing the system for minimum 12 hrs) and cutting of nozzles (to cut the nozzle by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting out existing cracks in concrete surfaces / masonry wall / RCC slab, forming a 'V' Groove of 25mmx40mm size, cleaning the groove thoroughly with air blower, priming the groove with mixture of polymer based Resin & Hardener using spray gun/brush, filling the groove with putty of polymer based Resin, Hardener & admixture mixed in ratio as per manufacturer's instruction, and finally applying a seal coat of same as of primer coat with brush complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying rust remover to exposed corroded reinforcement as per manufacturer instruction over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc and applying one coat of anti corrosive primer over prepared reinforcement complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for drilling 15mm dia holes in to RCC slab / wall / Column /beams to a depth of 100 to 150mm & provide shear connector of 12mm dia rod of length of 150mm bent to "L" shape with 75mm to be embedded in hole & 75mm to be used as dowel, fixed with polyster resin grout mixed mechanically and pour the same into the hole and insert the shear connector and finish the top; allow the same to set complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for hard drawn steel wire fabric not exceeding 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape mild steel wire, (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M/L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat as per manufacture's instruction to bind with old concrete / wall surfaces of soffit of slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members for new cement surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressure guniting 40 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:3 to all affected RCC structures including necessary scaffolding modyfying with mortar with polymer based resin & hardener complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including making good as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Due to rebound during the pressure application, approprite unit weight of gunting mix (including wastage) shall be fixed as per manufacturer instruction and shall be considered for calculation purpose and relevant documnets shall be produced regarding this before execution of work

M&L for applying curing compound on gunited surface for complete curing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 15mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTER over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in proportion as per manufacturer's instruction, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying Acrylic polymer modified protective and waterproofing coating for concrete and masonry surfaces of RCC OHT Dome UG sump as per manufacturer's instruction,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 01 to 12 : (i) Work shall be got executed through authorised agent of Manufacturer only as mentioned in list of makes and certificate in this regard shall be submitted before execution of work. (ii)An amount of 2.5% over quoted amount of item No 01 to 12 shall be retained as security deposit against structural repair for 5 years and any defects/leakage occured during gurantee period shall be rectified by Contractor without any cost and also undertaking shall be submitted in Non Judical Rs 100 Stamp paper duly notarized for gurantee against this effect.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material .n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work of water tank, reservoir for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Use & waste of form work to faces of wall, retaining, abutments side walls etc in rough finished concrete surfaces similar work of water tank, reservoir complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Use & waste of form work to sides and soffits of domes, vaults, shell roofs as in work of water tank reservoir and arch ribs curved in one plane etc in rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete for base of under ground water reservoir , water storage tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of water storage tank any thickness; above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs and folded plates and the like of water storage tank any thickness; above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings covings, bed plates , etc incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating for water storage tank , water reservoir , near to pipe joint and similar work including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in Cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stonecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparation of plastered wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing Plain cement Concrete 1:3:6,nominal mix type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Setting coat 3mm thick, trowelled set in cement plaster 1:2 to even and smooth finish as in drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete(unreinforced) and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 nominal mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type B-2, (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 Nominal mix (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and similar work all as specified and directed, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Mild Steel work in staircase/ladder (framed) including stringers,rise, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc alongwith necessary welding confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in repair of CPVC pipes 100 mm dia outer bore SDR 11 &plain CPVC SDR 11 with all special fittings on walls /ceilings using clamps or laying in floors including necessary earthwork complete all as specified.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
