M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm depositing, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces all as specified and directed

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, as in wall etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: PCC bond stone and face work shall be measured and paid separately

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on fair face from straight edge held against the dressed surface exceeding 20 mm but not exceeding 40 mm for granite or trap stone of face beds & joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing and disposing off the excavated material/soil out side MD Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved Moorum brought from outside MD land by spreding in s, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering and surface formed rolling with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne and finished to required level/grade etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts or struts of fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC coated galvanised chain link fencing of wire mesh size 50 mm x50mmx3mm weighing not less than 2.18 kg/sqm (weight inclusive of PVC coated) PVC coated line wire etc including fixing line wire to angle iron posts / rails straining bolts with provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron exc 10 cm width or girth etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar , in 200 mm internal dia and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed. Note -1. Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separetly. M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) in M-30 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for slabs suspended on walls, beams and columns, deck slabs in floors, roofs, landings cupboard slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of grade (C-5) having block density not less than 1800 Kg/cum, exc, 10cm in width and setting in CM 1: 6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 - S, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete cover slab for manhole and drain cover in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain faces including demolition of existing Rcc cover complete all as specified and as directed

M& L Pre Polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with mixture of grey white cement in equal proportions over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Relaying only serviceable armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable of different any size i.e taken out vide item No 46.00 in trenches/along the wall including making all connections complete as required at site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade for cable protection of size 100mm dia including all fittings such as socket, elbow, bend etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and relaying of serviceable CI/ DI pipe line of size 100mm dia. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rubber tighten joint for CI/ DI pipe line of size 100mm dia. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay/fix, connect and testing DI water tubing of 100 mm bore with spigot and socket ends class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 in any length suitable for rubber tyton joint including one rubber joint laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.
