Q- 1 (SUPPLY) :- Fabrication, galvanization, Inspection & supply of 400 KV Twin Moose DD/DC+6 tower (As per Site Requirement) for hilly territain (400kv D/C Vishnu prayag-Muzaffarnagar) including stubs, extensions, Nuts & Bolts, as per drawing & BOM. (A) HT Steel.

(B) MS Steel

(C) Nut & Bolts with washers.

Mid Span Joint for ACSR Moose

Counterpoise Earthing Material Including Earthwire per tower.

Compression Dead End (Alm +Steel) with jumper cone suitable for ACSR Moose Conductor.

Q-2 (Work) :- Survey including perparation of schedule of materials marking of location with GPS CO-ORDINATES & Check Survey.

Benching and Excavation for foundation pits including all Earth work backfilling and levelling etc. (A) Benching for Leveling (i) Hard Rock.

(ii) Fissured Rock.

Excavation for foundation pits including all Earth Work backfilling and levelling, De-watering etc. (i) Hard Rock.

(ii) Fissured Rock.

FOUNDATION WORK WITH MATERIAL INCLUDING WATER CURING. (i) Stube Setting for 400 KV D/C Tower D Type.

(ii) 1:1½:3 concretting

(iii) 1:3:6 Concreting

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting bending placing biiding & Transport at Locations etc.

Erection of One No. Towers DD+6 or (As per Site Requirement) super structure of 400 kv D/C tower and their extensions, wherever required including all work above ground level including fitting of danger,number,phase plate and punching of bolt and also including tack welding , as per 400 kv line specifications.

STRINGING OF BOTH CIRCUIT:- (i) Laying of TWIN MOOSE CONDUCTOR stringing, tensioning ,jointing clamping, including crossing of HT & LT Line , Road , River , tree . hoisting & fixing of insulators all necessary hardware and accessories including jumpering of all the Six phases .(BETWEEN Tower no 101 to 102(New) & 102 TO 103 ) ,

(ii) Both Earthwire Laying stringing, tensioning , jointing clamping etc including crossing of HT & LT Line , Road , River , tree and fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories . (BETWEEN Tower no 101 to 102(New) & 102 TO 103 ).

Grounding work including earth work etc. for counterpoise Earthing.

Dismantling of 400 kv Tower No. 102 (DC+0)

D-stringing of twin moose conductor all Six phase & both earth wire of from location No. 101 to 102 (old) to 103 including De- Clamping,De-hoisting of insulators fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories etc with Six back stay at each tower no 101 & 103 .Re-roaling of spare Conductor and Eartwire.

Transport of dismental towers and spares all spare material from site to 400kv substation Muzaffernagar store through hilly terrain with proper stacking.including head loading and unloading.

Random ,Rubble stone masonary Work including Execavation, Curing ,Backfilling , leveling etc as per site requirement .

Transport and Shifting of One no. DD/DC+06 type tower , its Stub Extionsions, Insulators, H/W Fittings, Conductor & Earthwire, Conductor accessories, Eartwire accessories, all required material for foundation work and all other misclaneous items from 400 kv S/S Muzaffarnagar to site location no 102 Nandprayag NH 07 (old NH 58 ) with the help of vehicle & manual head Loading/unloading.in typical forest cum hilly terrain (Vertical height appro-100 Meter)
