Excavation and Earth work

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ranning in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials or soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in soft /loose soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Moorum/ bajri filling in berms, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Protective, Culvert and Area Drainage Works

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:4 including providing weep holes complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Deduction of volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be made and payment of stone masonary will be made for net measurement only.

Extra over stone walling of Granite or Trap stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stone/Boulder filling, laid dry, hand packed tightly, around weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes type A ISI marked single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, 110 mm dia, as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3 complete as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, rough finished surface of concrete flat, exceeding 200mm thick all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar works all exceeding 20cm wide, rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies , canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like in concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for three coat of white wash on newly plasterd surface including preparation of surface on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced concrete hume pipes, bore of pipe 600mm, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars fixed with cement complete all as specified and directed.

Road Works

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse stone aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse stone aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under paving block including watering and consolidation under ILCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wet mix macadam 75mm thick (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting) graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mix materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in Sub base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Interlocking Concrete Blocks (ILCB) of size 225x112x200mm thick with grade of cement concrete M-50 design mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm diameter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Garrison Engineer. Letter, symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to frame of stainless steel angle of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 50x50 mm square post( 01 No) made of stainless steel angle 50x50x4mm, 4m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects including fixing with PCC block of suitable size, excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, plain cement concrete Type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm stone aggregate cast in situ as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work , complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The size of kerb shall be minimum 200mm wide and 450mm high

M&L for 40mm thick rough dressed sand stone slab flooring, laid dry but jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The stone flooring shall be laid to the location as decided by GE
