Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Job RO based water treatment plant of 20.00 Cum/Hour capacity (of make Ionix, Pentair or Ion-exchange) comprises of Pre-Treatment Module followed by Reverse Osmosis Module and any Post Treatment Module as per the quality of water to be treated with following techinical specifications :- 1. Raw Water/CIP/Backwash Pump:- 02 nos (01 Working+ 01 Standby) of Kirloskar, Clapeda or equivalent make having a flow of 35 Cum/Hr upto a head of 35.00 mtr. The impellers of the pump should be made of stainless steel. 2.Pre Treatment/MGF/ACF with following specifications: a. MGF Filter-01 Nos having media of sand, pebbles,gravels. b. CF - 01 Nos having activated carbon filter with 1000 iodine value & size of 1200 mm x1800 mm with frontal pipeline & butterfly valve. 3. Anti-scalant Dosing Pump:- 01 nos consisting of a dosing pump having flow rate 0-6 lph of ionix or equuvalent make and HDPE dosing tank of 100 ltr capcity. 4.Micron Crtridge Filter:- 01 Nos having a flow rate of 30 Cum/Hr with filteration rating of 5 micron. Filter size- 20 inches, Filter Material- PP, Housing size- 40 inches, Housing material- Stainless Steel 5.High Pressure Pump - 02 Nos ( 01 Working + 01 standby) with a flow rate of 35 cum/hr upto 120.00 mtr head having vertical or centrifugal construction of Grundfos, Calpeda or similar make. 6.RO Unit:- a. Consisting of 20 Nos membranes of 8 inch dia & 40 inches length made with TFC, Polyamide of make Dow ,Hydranautics or similar. b.RO Vessels- 04 Nos with 250 psi rating , 8 inches dia , made with FRP material of make Pentair. 7.Chemical Cleaning system:- Consisting of 01 nos 1500 litre cpacity HDPE tank of make sintex or quivalent. 8.Ph Correction System:-

"Item rate for AMC & operation of 01 Nos Month Commercial RO of 20000 Ltr/Hr capacity for 1st year from date of it's commissioning by deputing an operator round the clock. It includes electrical, mechanical operation of the RO plant, maintenance i.e. replacement & cleaning of exhausted spare parts like Carbon Filter, Media Filter, Membranes etc which are required during the water treatment process by the RO plant. It also includes operation of all water supply valves during day and night at Faridabad Station. The rates are inclusive of all taxes, charges, L & M etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever is the case may be. A.For 1st Year after commissioning of RO Plant Note:- 1. A Log Book of actual running of RO plant shall be maintained by the operator and should be countersigned daily by concerned JE/SSE. 2.A penalty of Rs. 3000.00 per day shall be imposed in case of non- functioning of the RO plant. "Item rate for AMC & operation of 01 Nos Month Commercial RO of 20000 Ltr/Hr capacity after 1 year from commissioning of RO plant by deputing an operator round the clock. It includes electrical, mechanical operation of the RO plant, maintenance i.e. replacement & cleaning of exhausted spare parts like Carbon Filter, Media Filter, Membranes etc and fulfilling the demand of consumables like anti-scaling chemicals etc which are required for dosing during the water treatment process by the RO plant. It also includes operation of all water supply valves during day and night at Faridabad Station. The rates are inclusive of all taxes, charges, L & M etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever is the case may be. Item rate for supplying, installing, testing and Each commissioning RO water purification system of Eureka Forbes/Kent make or equivalent of capacity 30 LPH with all taxes, charges L&M complete job. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Supplying of dosing pump of Milton Roy Each India,Initiative or equivalent make for 4 LPH at 5.5 kg /Cm sq pressure with necessary fittings to inlet with container and outlet to rising main, with mainenance period of three years. So nothing extra shall be paid to affect this item, whatsoever the case may be. Total 6624479.12
