Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Digital Water Level recorders (DWLRs) hydrostatic pressure type sensor with desired measurement range along with standard sensor cable length for piezometer, junction box and signal cable and with all necessary accessories, battery operated data logger and telemetry System based on GSM & GPRS, complete as per the technical specifications to be installed at designated locations on piezometers along with necessary protective measures to avoid any theft or vandalism, within Tamil Nadu

Integration of GSM & GPRS data with the existing State Data Center (SDC) at Ground & Surface Water Resources Data Center, Chennai with all ancillary equipment as per technical specifications.

Operation & Maintenance during Five Years Comprehensive Warranty period, for entire DWLRs System with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations within under this contract and newly proposed Data Center equipments after final of DWLR systems. This includes replacement of material/ goods & consumables & batteries as & when required at bidders cost. The cost of Communication using GSM & GPRS SIM charges and other related telemetry for data transmission charges shall be borne by bidder.

Training of the purchaser's personnel as per details given in technical specification at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification
