M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters and cornises etc by using steel wire brushes, brooming down, etc and applying one coat of cement based paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above, but applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before, but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Powder coated galvanised iron snap grid frame work of size 600 x 600 mm for false ceiling comprising of Main runner 'T' section of size 38mm x 24mm x 0.40mm thickness, Cross 'T' of size 29mm x 24mm x 0.3mm thickness and wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm x 0.43mm thick suspended with 4mm bore GI wire from purlin @ 1.20m c/c and fixed with 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling boards complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.00 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc. 2 Sqm removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & ther Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ®Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L Second Class hardwood plain, solid straight chowkhat and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamefred put together with glue pinned joints complete all as specified and directed.
