PROVISION OF HT RING MAIN POWER SUPPLY AND ALLIED WORKS IN VARIOUS SUB STATIONS AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN AVADI

Earthwork excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and all as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine seived excavated dry soil laid to the required width of trench at botom and top of cable as cushioning to cable complete all as specified . Note :- Thickness shall be measured after punning

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, Flat, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HT UG Cable of size 3 core, 95 Sqmm XLPE screened,PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cable (Heavy Duty) with aluminum conductor 1100 volts earthed conforming to IS specifications in trenches/poles/wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint for 11 KV(Earthed) grade underground cable including jointing materials and accessories complete suitable for HT, UG, XLPE / armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor of size 3 core, 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Cable Jointing kit for straight through heat shrink type joint for 11 KV(Earthed) grade underground cable including jointing materials and accessories including labour complete for making joint suitable for HT, UG, XLPE / armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor of size 3 core, 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for boring under roads without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing through the cables of suitable dia to insert HDPE pipe 110mm/75mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for providing necessary tools, plants, Machinery and equipments as required for boring under roads . (b) HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

M&L for 75 mm dia HDPE pipe PN-10 with fittings laid in trenches /walls /road crossings etc for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Supreme/Prince).

M&L for 110 mm dia HDPE pipe PN-10 with fittings laid in trenches /walls /road crossings etc for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Supreme/Prince).

M & L for cable route indicator duly marked as HT cable, working voltage, size of cable and route made out of GI plate 3mm thick, 150mm dia fixed on angle iron frame of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, 500mm long, suitably embedded in PCC 1:2:4 , type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm on ground and mild steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of GI and GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe, watering arrangement by provision of 20mm dia GI pipe light grade with cast iron funnel, provision of test point and connected to main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 in chamber and 40 mm thick RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways with 6 mm dia M S hooks complete all as specified and as directed.
